Room was big and comfortable. Loved that there were numerous usb ports! Nice staff, convenient. Heat in room hard to adjust. Got a bit cold! Need to have washcloths. Missed breakfast so cant comment on that

A well run hotel
The staff was excellent. Thry helped het my coat dry cleaned, made sure I could find a local shop for tea snacks, my room was kept in excellent shape and they were all very friendly and accommodating

I think breakfast should be standard and included in the price of the room. Basic courtesy. You stay there you should have the option of having a breakfast the following morning without having to pay extra.

Nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast. Our room was very nice. It is unfortunate that it was next to and across from rooms booked by people who were there to party. It was very loud and noisy from 10 pm. Hotel staff asked them to quiet down but noise started again at 2 am and continued till about 5 am.

Room 80 was beside hallway doors that made noise all night. The shower was very poor. Otherwise the hotel is in great location, right in the centre of town. Great parking facilities.

Cleanliness very good Service excellent …Joseph and all the staff really did look after us Unfortunately the menu is not great…for example I was served 2 whole uncooked tomatoes with my chicken curry and rice. We felt the hotel would benefit from a total refurbishment.

Old hotel with a good service and charm.
the hotel was fine overall. Dinner on the night i was staying was very good. Portions were good and the food tasted great. Staff were friendly and helpful in advising about the local area. Definitely worth going back for another night or two. Breakfast was good and not complaints. Overall i would recommend the hotel.

Bush hotel. Worth a stay
On first appearance the hotel looks a bit dated and old however once inside you appreciate the old world style of the hotel. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the food and service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anybody for a short stay in a nice town
