Don't believe advertisement on Hotels.com

Room was upgraded to king suite because there were no other king rooms on ground floor. We booked this hotel because of advertised indoor pool. Was told would be fixed in a day or 2, waiting on repairman. Stayed 5 days, pool obviously hadn't worked in months & owner had NO intention of repairing it, then had sad story of multiple broken expensive items. DON'T ADVERTISE PRODUCTS THAT YOU KNOW ARE NOT & WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. We had 2 disappointed kids, and it was spring break!

Sleepless night in a clean hotel

Everything was very clean and really had no major problems except the thin walls. As we were just getting to sleep, we could hear someone snoring in either the adjacent or upstairs room. It was loud enough to keep us awake. And, the HVAC system cycled about once every 5 minutes. So between those two annoyances we did not sleep well at all. Advice: Bring earplugs.

Clean hotel but unfriendly staff

The two people working the hotel, I think it's a husband and wife who own it, we're not friendly. The woman stared us down the whole time we were eating breakfast and made us uncomfortable. And no elevator so we had to carry all our luggage up stairs and of course no one offered to help with it they just stood there and watched.

Great overnight stay

My wife and I travel as economically as we can so we understand the risk taken with reserving rooms within that price range. With that being said, this room was worth twice the price.

STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE VALUE!

Pros: Everything... except the lack of bright signage at the road... I arrived at night and passed the hotel even when my GPS said I had arrived....
Cons: Signage at road needs addressed. I pulled into the convenience store and pulled up the GPS. If there was a sign there, I missed it... be on look out
Location: Grocery store was right across the road so that was convenient for me and some eateries were within a mile or so as well.
I was very impressed, with my visit, the staff, cleanliness, really every part of it. I know one could always look for something to point out to let others know to stay away... I might say I was disappointed that the hotel was not on the beach... but I won't fault the hotel for this. They couldn't help that there is not a beach right here. :)

Crooks

Awful, got there and was told my husband and child would cost more. put us in a smoking room. Because the jet tub we booked was smoking only. was told pool was heated and open, but when we arrived it was closed.

very poor sevice

1st night, only had soap & shampoo for one person, booked for two people, sheets were never changed in the three nights we stayed, Third night, only had hand towels for one person, Poor condiments for the money charged, I will try to book another Hotel on my next visit.
