1st room had no hot water, and shower knob was inoperable. Friendly staff switched our room without hassle. New room’s bath towels were worn and had holes.

Liked that the place was pet friendly most of all. The room itself was fine. The noise is were the problem is. In our 2 nights we got little sleep due to the stomping around above us, random doors slamming at all hours, and blasting music in the vehicle parked directly outside our window. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but because of that we must likely wouldn't stay here again.

Holes in the furniture.discolored pillow cases and damaged walls. Place needs a major overhaul. We left early.

The young lady who checked us in was very friendly, we were greeted by the staff numerous times and the breakfast was great. We’ve stayed at this location in the past and will continue in the future

Got to property to check in and they informed me all the pet friendly rooms had no hot water. They couldn’t figure out how to refund my money so they put me into a standard room. It was relatively clean at best, area was very noisy. Heat and air wasn’t working right, never got fresh towels, and the bathtub wouldn’t change from shower to tub. Entirely overpriced for the condition of the property.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in!!!! Every day had to go to front desk for towels soap coffee etc…. We wanted to leave but they would not refund our money, because we booked thru you!!! The air conditioner had a plastic shield in front of the curtain which was covered in mold, so for 5 days we were breathing that!! I will never book thru you again!! We left a day and half early could not take it any longer!! The manager solution was to give us a bag of shampoo and soap!!

The Price is Right
Overall, a good experience & I would stay again. The manager at the front desk was very helpful. He managed to get us adjoining rooms so we could share with other family members. Rooms were very clean. Although walls looked painted recently & everything worked, things were worn. Free breakfast was decent. The only problem was we were in a wing that seemed to have some construction workers who rose around 6 am & you could hear them closing doors, etc.

Comfort and convenience
Very friendly and professional staff and managers. Very clean and comfortable room. Near restaurants and shopping; we found everything we needed. Coffee and popcorn in the lobby was nice. The lobby area is beautiful, with high ceiling, comfy leather sofa and chairs.

Our room had a moisture problem. It did not smell of mustiness, but it was so moist the sheets felt damp. The ceiling in the room had two water damage spots that looked fresh?? I stayed there with my college-aged son. He said, “If I was not so tired I would say we should get a different room.” I agreed. Other than that it was a clean room. I suggested to the front desk that they needed to run a dehumidifier in there before it becomes a health problem. They said, “Okay.”

The pool was filthy, and the manager didn’t even know how to skim the surface. Broken furniture, wasps inside the fence posts. Horrible.
