This hotel was great! The facility was clean and pretty modern. We stayed for 4 nights and every day someone cleaned up our room, made the beds, and gave us new towels. That staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.
We liked the overall look of the room. We were disappointed that wr were unable to get the handicap accessible room we had requested. The room was modern otherwise and very comfortable.
Our stay was about as expected. The rooms were older but clean and the front office staff was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great - good size and temperature. It was perfect for our needs - a quick two night stay close enough to Cincinnati without having to stay in the city.

We were there recently for a reunion, we had not used Holliday in. For sometime because of older experience , this one was recommended and reviewed said recently updated , it was true and also provided washer and dryer and was convenient for our family!

We would like to apologize that you had that experience. We are a non smoking hotel so not sure as to why the lobby smelled of smoke. We have been under construction, so maybe it was due to that. Hopefully you will give us another chance and come back to stay again.
We enjoyed the comfort of the room, the bed and linens lovely! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the strong smell of marijuana in the hallways. This is not unique to this hotel and it has become a bad trend. If the hotel is smoke free it should INCLUDE smoking pot. It is ridiculous that I should have to smell it wherever I go in the hotel. It’s WORSE than cigarette smoke in lots of ways. Makes me sick to my stomach and smells like a skunk has sprayed the hallways. Its a shame that guests who do NOT smoke marijuana are subjected to being bombarded by it. It has gotten to the point where I will start to spend my dollars at AIR BNB etc if this continues in hotels.

It looked nice from outside and are updating rooms. Not the best area. Had a cob web by lamp, no shampoo, killed 3 bugs in bathroom and someone trying to use a room key to get into our room at 2am.

It was very nice. Clean room. Very quiet and very comfortable beds! Nice morning breakfast variety. Food was plentiful and food was warm when it should be and cold things were cold. Would definitely stay here again.
The front desk help was amazing and helpful. The cookies were soft, fresh, and delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that would make it any better would be adding a Pepsi machine and opening up the breakfast area for regular dinning again.
