This hotel was renovating and they did their best but it was not up to standards and we were never informed that they were renovating. The staff were accommodating but there is only so much you can do under the circumstances. Also, the dining room had an 82 B for their health inspection!!!

Property is undergoing a much needed renovation. Consequently there's a lot of construction equipment taking up the front entrance along with noise until after 6pm. Had this information been made public I would've booked a different hotel.

The construction throughout hotel and blocking the front entrance was a negative experience with dust and debris everywhere. However the staff and manager on duty were very pleasant and helpful so kudos to them for putting up with the messy conditions.

They should have put on there they were under construction. No ramp to go on to sidewalk to use the side door. Bathroom had mold. The main room was very cramped and was hard to walk with our walkers which is dangerous. We asked for a refund and they said no. I have been to many Marriots but the one made me feel like i was at a motel 6

My husband has some mobility issues. The staff recognized this and provided a room close to the elevator so that he wouldn’t have to walk too far to get to our room. I had not considered this until it was brought to our attention. All was done to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. It’s very clean and nicely appointed. Currently under some renovation but hasn’t effected our stay. No noise at least on the weekend.

Despite the construction going on and no maid service daily, it was a great stay. The water pressure/hot water made for awesome showers no matter the time of day.

The hallway was filthy, wallpaper was torn, room had strong cigarette smell. We were given another room, a handicapped room. It did not smell, but it had two full-sized beds instead of two queen beds.

Family of 5 with a 2 night stay. Everything was great. Only minor complaint is there are a few cosmetic places on the wall in the room that we stayed in. Nothing that even remotely mattered though. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Wanted to stay an extra night. Spoke with the morning desk attendent and told her would stay an extra night. Charged another charge plus extra 20. When we came back that evening, had no clean towels so called the evening attendent and she was very rude about bringing up clean towels snd wash clothes.

The staff is either new or struggling. No one was in uniform, room was clean but housekeeping was not friendly. I’m used to Marriott team members being outgoing and friendly and the only person who modeled this was the person who checked me out in the morning. The property is older and in need of a renovation but the team is only doing the best with the tools they are given. Overall not a bad stay but not my best stay.

The property was clean and the staff was super friendly. My complaint/ issue came about once we went into the room. There was a sofa bed and it needs to be shampooed and cleaned. The sofa was greenish in color but the bottom and back side of the pillows were brown. The bathroom had strands of hair all over the floor, black mold in different places on the ceiling and the area behind the bathroom door was stained as well. It looked like the wallpaper should be taken down and the door needs to be cleaned. The beds are not true Queen more like a full. Some renovations are differently needed.

We chose this location for the pool and hot tub. The pool has yet to be opened this year and there is no hot tub. There was no toiletries in the room other than a half used lotion bottle and no hair dryer which was also stated in the details.

We would stay there again.
The room was very clean and comfortable and modern looking. A full breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the slippery and narrow bathtub to stand in while showering. Gave me a very insecure feeling one could slip and fall easily.
