“The pictures of the exterior of the building were not quite what it looked like in person. You can definitely tell there has been some time that has passed since taken. The room was clean but had an odor that may have been a stronger smelling cleaner to remove odors. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. The place to eat looked much larger in the pictures, but in person, much less space.”

“Room was clean and all the amenities worked well. Location isn’t the best for restaurants or other shoppers needs.”

“This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in……

“Air conditioning was terrible. Would not cool the room.Hallway was hot too. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced.”

“Everything as expected in terms of what I needed”

“It’s a place to lay your head but only issue I had was the room key card not working, and the fact you had to close the door kinda hard to get it to shut.”
