Hotel is a little old and tired, and it looks like there are quite a few long term tenants, but the room and common areas were clean, in good condition, and well cared for. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I liked the little "plaza" at the main entrance that includes multiple seating options - a pleasant plate to relax. Breakfast was continental and included, and ok, but depends on what you like. There were pre-made waffles, English muffins, regular muffins, cold cereal, hardboiled eggs, little cartons of yogurt, coffee, and juice, but very few healthy options: basic wheat bread for toast and little packets of oatmeal. There were a few varieties of black and green tea, hot chocolate, but no decaf, and no bran muffins or even partially whole grain cold cereal, and no fresh fruit. Fresh fruit, some whole grains other than the oatmeal, and decaf would nelp a lot.
