There was only 3 or 4 guests in the whole hotel and they put one guest right next to me. We were placed at the very end of the property. This guest went in and out of their room until 3:00 in the morning. Heard all the noise keeping me up until 3:00 AM. I also felt unsafe as I was by myself.

I am ill after my night here. Temps were 20s that evening, room and floor was freezing. Cleanest floor ive seen in a hotel. Heater was dirty blasting in my face 6 hours, woke up unable to breathe slept 4 hours total. The heater had cigarette ashes in the vent (pics) room mildly had cigarette odor. Noise all night from the walls. A cork like pop every 30 minutes, shifting/settling almost a clang sound every 20 minutes No one was above me im sure. Little fridge was quiet n clean. Water didnt get super hot. Woke up late and missed my morning with family. Empty hotel but the owner called me @11:06 n said get out bring your key to the front when you leave. We had words. I truly hope he makes effort for his guest’s experience. No reason to harass people to get out when the 60 room hotel has 5 cars outside. Insane. Clean your filters every day. Turn on a heater. I got the room 5pm arrived at nine could not take my shoes off. My feet were so cold. And the air filter was strings but still super dirty.

Best location for a lower price in Carson, but they are short staffed. Office was locked until 10:30 am and advertised free breakfast not available but checkout was still expected by 11am. Some people were locked out of their room at 8am and there was no staff in the office or answering the phone. The office staff who finally showed up told a prospective guest who drove up that there was no vacancy. Maybe that was unusual because other than that morning everything was above average and the staff were all very nice.

We stayed here because we were on a last minute ski trip. It was perfect for us, exactly what we needed. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and attentive. Our room was basic, but with a lot of storage space for all our gear. We used the refrigerator and coffee station. The king size bed was so comfortable and although there weren't a lot of restaurants nearby, we were able to walk to Bully's Sports Bar and had a wonderful last night meal. We were there to ski, not for the hotel room, and it was perfect for our stay. We would go back again.

It was great stay at day inn. Property was clean. Room were warm as outside it was -3 celsius. Like the breakfast tried wafle as well in breakfast.

Some lights don't work. A sofa can't be turned into a bed. We have booked a room for 5 people, but there are no facilities. And breakfast hasn't been improved enough

Some Light are not working . Sofa couldn’t convert to the bed . When asked they wanted 25 dollars for it, so we slept on flour , we already booked for 5 people but not get facilities. For breakfast was not variety… charged was high service was low . Was not good. Please improve everything…. Thanks

They requied a $300. No refundable pet deposit. Also i am disabled requested a down stairs room with one bed but was told there were none and had to pay a $15. A day up grade room charge for 2 beds. The air filters in the heater /AC unit looked like they were never cleaned. They have no pet walk area and what is around was full of pet droppings if they would put in a pet waste station people would be willing to pick up after thier pets because most people dont carry pet waste bags. The furnishings are old and battered with drawers that were dirty. Trash cans were dirty. And black sticky blobs on floor. This place is very disappointed being a Wyndham property.

A read reviews after I booked and was a little worried because of some of them, but the room was clean the staff was nice and everything worked. Just wished they had better options with the breakfast. Overall a great stay.

Light switch did not turn on light in room was extremely dark while I fumbled to the bathroom light. Microwave oven was broken (yes I checked the socket breaker. Finally the door was extremely difficult to lock. It seems since my last visit much lower quality mattresses and pillows have been installed.

Room/bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were remnant cigarette burns in the sink, Sheet had a tear/hole. Construction crew doing work at the property and adjacent apartment landscaping crew (mowers & blowers) were loud from 7:30 - 9:00 am.

Nice room with a few rough edges
Our bed was perfectly comfortable and the air conditioning worked well and was very quiet. The refrigerator and the microwave were clean and worked awesome. The TV The shower head was wonderful and the bathroom was clean. The negative things were nor awful but they were frustrating and could have EASILY BEEN REPAIRED. The light by the bed had a broken switch so there was only one light in the entire room. There were a few stains in some of the dresser drawers. There were no hangers on the clothes rack and even after the night clerk said shed have the maid put some in the next day, there were none when we returned. If they fixed the broken switch, put liners in the drawers and made certain there were hangers when they set the room? It would have been awesome.
