Bed and pillow were horrible. Bottom drain of bathroom sink was pretty bad shape. Room had a bad smell.

Parking Change

I hadn't been here in a while but this is the hotel I always stay in when I go to Cali but was not pleased with the new parking fee.....where that hotel is and the way the lot is set up what am I actually getting with paid parking?? There is no garage, no extra security, its an open lot, so what exactly am I paying $15 for??

The Extended Stay America did not make a good first impression. We arrived after 3 pm to check-in but we were told that the room was not ready and we were required to wait another 20 minutes. The staff was kind enough to waive the $15 parking fee as a compensation for this inconvenience. The hallways appeared dark and had an unpleasant odor and the room appeared dated. (The photos in previous posts were not exaggerating.) There was a problem of cigarette smoke coming from a neighboring room. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. However, I would not stay there again. The conditions were not worth the money saved.

There is no cell service and the wifi sucks. They charger you 5 dollars and it doesn't work. No full service hotel

The kitchenette was dirty, the floor was sticky (our shoes were sticking to the wood laminate), the heater didn’t work (we were freezing all night) and the closet shelves were not suitable for using ;had to put my bags on floor.

I couldn’t tell if the room used to be a smoking room, if someone was smoking next door, or if the place just smelled like an old man.

It was a great room, awesome kitchenette and staff was friendly and very accomidating to my needs. If I come back to this area i will stay at extended stay again.

There's nobody at front desk after hours, so took a really long time for someone to finally come out. I got a non smoking room, but the room still had a very strong cigar smell. I dont know if they have a motorcycle bike club near by But it was really noisy/loud at night. Hard to sleep with all the noise outside my window.

The room smells and the bathroom is moldy. Front desk was helpful. No ice machine.
