Just OK

Pros: It's close to the Stubhub center,
Cons: Do not charge for parking! $15?! why? I would understand if the hotel were in downtown L.A but in carson? Next to a trailer park?
Last year I stayed here and I had a pleasant experience now over a year later it's ok. Room needed work and basic maintenance. The bathroom door didn't lock and the bathroom extractor was really loud. The carpet in the hallway could have been cleaner. Little details. unfortunately now they charge $15 per night to park!

$15. additional parking fee and no security

Good: Coffee, shower water pressure, firm mattress, clean bathroom. Bad: Additional Parking Fee and no on site parking lot security, bad area, Smokey smelling non-smoking room with cigarette ashes on phone, front desk offered room deodorant, Refrigerator leaking water. When I checked out I was grateful my car was not broken in to. I would not stay here again.

Close to our destination the next day.

I was very disappointed with the room. We walked in and it had musty smell and comforter was dirty it had urine stains on it!

Great hotel close to the mall

Nice location near several freeways

Dirty room

We stayed at this hotel on vacation for one night. We saw 2 cockroaches under the sink of the kitchette! Eww! Unfortunately it was too late into the night to ask for a new room (my 4 and 2 year old were already asleep). But it was unnerving and I had trouble going to sleep after seeing bugs, so I checked everything else and discovered a dirty sock under the bed (not ours! From a previous guest!) also old food under the bed. It was clear that housekeeping did not clean under the bed for quite some time (probably the reason for attracting roaches!) So the next morning upon checkout I informed the desk clerk and she did not apologize, but said she would "have someone issue me a coupon" since we had prepaid for our room through Expedia. I'm not sure what the coupon would have been for, but needless to say I never received one. I emailed a detailed complaint to Extended Stay America nearly a week ago and have yet to hear from them! I have photos of the dirty clothing/food under the beds and snapped a photo of the roach as well. I would not reccomend this place if you care about sharing the room with bugs! We have stayed with Extended Stay America in the past, in other locations, and that's why we chose this hotel, however it was in far worse condition than the previous ones we have stayed in.

Below Average Hotel

The front desk attendant was not the most helpful person during the check in, he was inexperienced in regards to his customer service skills. He I had to change rooms because the first room was had a strong cigarette smell, very smokey. The second room was ok but I saw several roaches in the bathroom. The rooms are cleaned only if you request it and it's extra if your stay is less than 7 nights. This hotel is great to send your mother-in-law for a vacation lol IJK.........................(not really)
