The photos are certainly outdated, that certainly what it used to look like BUT not anymore. The hotel food was poor, we even had dinner there that evening and the taste quality was awful. Rancho Paisa which is literally a 2 min walk up the street had better quality food and beverages. I was extremely upset about the taste of the food in the facility. Pool area is nice that deserves 4 stars but the rooms are 3 to 2 stars at best. The service is 5 stars the team that work there are very admirable and accommodating.

The hotel has excellent breakfast, nice pools and service. I like the hotel, only around the property smell was strong but the views from my room was amazing. We had ocean view and city view too. I like the hotel very good and close to the airport.

It was good but they give no bottle water. No bottled water at any hotel in Cartagena it seems. Also i had a friend that was coming over to visit me to have breakfast and they didnt want to let her in. I paid for the breakfast for her abd they gave her trouble a couple of times she came. But is a good place comfortable rooms and overall good staff but restaurant lacks good service !

It would’ve been great to know check in was at 3PM and there weren’t much accommodations in an early check in. Staff is a bit relaxed and takes time to get drinks or service anywhere. We asked for service to the room and they never arrived.

When I arrived the room was very dirty, I had to have the floor cleaned and the bathrooms had mold, it really is a hotel that needs maintenance, the door to the room had no security, it was broken anyone could open it by yourself. push, breakfast is very limited, otherwise it has a nice pool and security is good

The staff is very friendly and they give great service, however unfortunately our room did have roaches, that was the only downside. The property is close to the airport and it’s conveniently located very close to the city as well as downtown. Anywhere you go it’s not going to be more than a 12 or 15 minute ride. Despite the roaches I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked that this property was very closed to the airport. 5 minute drive. Closed to the Ciudad Historica. Good location. It was worth the $ $ we paid. Very friendly stuff and always ready to help you out. The food was good but I was expecting to have more typical Colombian food for breakfast. I did not like a tour lady who was deceitful. She worked with the white taxis in feont of the hotel. They were amazingly good. Affordable. However this named Lili was not. She mentioned that she worked with tje hotel. Got aus a Minivan for 14 people $800.000.00. We just wanted the transportation tongontona beach called Playa Tranquila BUT she took us us to the worse possible place. The restaurant was super expensive and it was garbage all over the entrance to the beach. So sad. She has a scamm going. With her excuse been that the drivers will protect you. BUT did not give us a choice. I recommennd the hotel even though it needs to fix its appearabce. But be aware of this lady. Boodk your tour with the agency it light cost you $100 USD but you will go to a top rated beach and not be fool by her.

We had a wonderful stay at the GHL Relax Corales de Indias Hotel. The location was convenient, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sandro, Diana, Jacklyn, Jorge, Lina, Claribel, Indira, and Miguel. They went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome and comfortable. They gave me great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and they always greeted me with a smile. I would like to thank them for their outstanding service and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena. It was a memorable experience and I hope to come back soon.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a few years under the belt and they are doing some work, but it is clean, the room has a safe etc. I had the Junior Suite which was nice and gave more space. Great balcony to sit on. 3 Star Hotel as Maximum
It was not good enough, hotel is marked as 4 stars but it is not, max 3. Hotel looks deteriorated, broken, dirty, aisle in the 8 floor is broken, not good condition to take kids with you, air conditioner with dust even the cover fell in front of us. The value vs amenities is insane vs others in the same area.

This hotel is not what it was I paid $8,000 for my stay from December 22,2023 thru January 7, 2024 the rooms dirty , the maintenance sucks , the air conditioners were always broken and kept changing me room to room , cleanliness horrible and people that work there at the front desk suck

During my stay at the hotel, I was charged double for the water consumption in my room. I purchased additional bottled water whenever I needed it and paid for each bottle at the time of purchase. I also drink, some days, (because they did not refil the bar with water every day) water bottles from the bar in the room. However, during the checkout, they charged me the entire amount again, the ones that I already purchased plus the ones that I owned. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact them after leaving the hotel since none of their phone numbers worked. Therefore, I am planning to report this issue to my credit card company and cross-check every billing record for the water bottles that I purchased. Additionally, the housekeeping service was not up to the mark as they didn't clean the room properly or change the towels on the day before the day that we left. I advise others to be cautious while staying there. I would not prefer to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is not inside the city walls but it is not far by taxi. The manager must improve the restaurant food quality. The food is so basic. If you are not a regular tourist you will be fine. Otherwise, that experience will be so bad. Breakfast buffet: Too much food but the quality is low.
