The staff were very professional, helpful, friendly, attentive and efficient. The hotel was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location was absolutely perfect. The hotel didn’t have electricity for the first 4 hours I was there. So I had to walk around aimlessly until it came back on. I was tired…exhausted and just really wanted a shower but couldn’t go to my room. Very inconvenient.

The hotel was exactly as pictured on their website. The problem, was the room we were given. It smelled so musty, and damp, we believed it smelled of mold. They had a small dish of coffee beans in the room, which was undoubtedly an acknowledgment to try to absorb the odor We understood old and historic conditions, but the smell began to make me sick. I couldn't stay. The hotel offered to move us to a different room. However, we preferred to receive our refund. They were nice and cooperated with a refund.

Lovely boutique hotel located centrally and just a few steps away from the walled city. The place is super clean and safe. The room we stayed in was also spacious and bed size was larger than anticipated. Note this is a part of the city where it is lively at night so bring your ear plugs. Breakfast was modest. We went out to eat for most of the mornings. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and room, very kind staff, good wifi. Being a conversion of an old building, the room lacks of practicality, in exchange for colonial house experience. Overall a good stay, but don't expect a proper hotel experience.
