Buen hotel. Una manzana podrida daña el frutero.

De nada sirve el esfuerzo de muchos cuando algunos hacen lo imposible por enlodar la imagen del grupo. Ducha que se inunda Faldón de tina en mal estado de presentación Señores de Porteria sin compromiso Condicionamiento para elegir desayuno. Ofrecen menú que no sirven Argumentan la no prestación de un servicio con razones que se comprueba que no son las que realmente motivaron la negativa. Será por visitar solo y únicamente un día?

Bed bug infested

We decided to come to this hotel as it was the most kid friendly in the area. On our first night we were victims of bed bug bites all night. I woke up with at least 30 bloody and itchy bites. The hotel simply gave us a different room which I believe still had some bugs bit we wore repellent before going to bed. We left after two nights. Now we are disinfecting our clothes and suitcases as we fear they may have traveled with us! Terrible experience.

Total relax

Love the place ! Close to everything but peaceful area The food is delicious from breakfast to room service The pools are very nice My only complaint is the bathroom in the room need cleaning or upgrade it looks dirty the shower and tub area

Overpriced

Good location, clean and large rooms. Very slow service at restaurants, pool, room service. Excessive extra fees at check out

Beautiful resort

From check in the staff was very warm accommodating, and friendly. We'd flown I from South Florida and my cell phone was dying they charged it for me while I was waiting to complete the check in process. The room was beautiful we were in the new tower. My son and nephew ages 9 and 5 had a splendid time at the pool. It rained the first two days however, there's plenty to do in the area. The property is secure with 24 hour guards. We ate at one of the restaurants on-site and the buffet was plentiful with the restaurant staff attending to your needs. My only concern and I would have to say it's actually a complaint upon checkout they attempted to charge me a rate higher than I reserved on Expedia. I'm glad I was paying close attention otherwise I would have paid $200.00 US dollars more for the stay. Also, gratuity is added to your bill upon checkout. Be mindful of that. I tipped the staff in the restaurant and the hotel throughout my stay however, at checkout there was a fee listed. I had that removed also. That was in addition to the attempted $200.00 overage charge. I found that very disappointing after our beautiful stay. I wouldn't want to think it's its standard practice of the hotel to overcharge guests.

location is good, rooms are great, staff only Spanish speaking, learn Spanish if you want to stay in that hotel, otherwise it will be nightmare

great hotel!

Close to the airport and 10 Mins from downtown. Great food, great breakfast (very delicious Colombian food, the best), pools are great! rooms very clean and great beds. Spa is very good. Great restaurant top floor. infinity pools great! Great family hotel/resort

Nice hotel we did not have to walk across the street to go to the beach nice pools
