The property was great. In a good location near the center. Rooms were good. Room had no hot water. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the property is old because is in the middle of the Historic Center. Location is great, walking distance to the majority of the touristic areas. The standard rooms DONT include hot water in the shower, only the supreme rooms or by request. I didn't know that and had to take cold shower :( The manager offered me another room but I didn’t want to pack again just for 1 day.

Staff were very nice and attentive. It was at a great location, near everything. However the hotel was very simple and things were not updated. We had to change room because there was no hot water in the room. The next room water was dripping from the air conditioner and we had to have few towels to cover the water all the time.

Great location, about a 3 minute drive walk into the walled city and a 3 minute walk into Getsemani neighborhood. Lots of food vendors and restaurants and shops nearby. About a 15-20 minute drive to the airport and 10 minute drive to the Playa Azul beach area. The staff were all sooo friendly. Felt safe. The hotel is older and it shows but the beds were clean and the giant flat screen tvs had netflix. The showers have warm water, some of the rooms have a balcony. The area is in a party zone so if youre looking for quiet this is not the area for you. Buffet breakfast was decent with croissants pastries fruit juice coffee eggs sausages and mini pancakes

Easy to access all tourist attraction by walking or taxi… Walkable to tourist pick up area. Outside the hotel not clean and traffic due to construction. Safe to walk at night

Very basic! To me this is a 2 stars property overall. Staff is very nice, but they are limited by the property resources. The mattress were horrible; we have no fridge but I asked and they brought us one; the toilet seat was broken, I told them and they fixed it; maybe I should have said something about the mattresses; breakfast is very limited, I suggest going early; friendly staff. If I can afford a better hotel I would go to another one. We ran into, mainly, European tourists (France and Italy) and Mexicans. Location is convenient to visit the walled city.

This was an excellent place to stay! It’s very clean and there is someone at the front desk and door at all times so it’s very safe! Continental breakfast was excellent every day! The location Is walkable to all points of interest and great restaurants and markets! Also the marina and beach! The one thing to note is that it does sit on the corner of two busy streets so it is not the quietest. If you are looking for serene, this is not the place. That is the only negative thing I can say. There was one night time front desk guy that was rude when we needed help at one point which is the only reason I gave service 4 stars. Everyone else on the staff was wonderful.

Ok hotel for low budget
Room was cleaned , good size, but you won’t be able to sleep because of noises from outside also early morning the house keeping. front of the hotel is taxi stands you can hear them talking , yelling starts at 6am till 2am. breakfast is not so good . restaurant have no AC. If you ask any information from front desk , 90 percent of them have no knowledge but all of them were very friendly. also no room service at all . twice I asked for room service , i was told they have only water and beer . over all good price if you don’t mind outside noises . location is good , near restaurants and bars but very crowded area.

What a great hotel! Especially for the price. Super location right between the walled city and the old town. Easy walking distance to everything. The room is fantastic... Modern renovation with upscale, new, furnishings and decor. Fantastic value.

Overall experience was good but what was excellent is the price I paid and the location which is about a block away from the historic center where all the colonial structures are found . From this establishment, if you turn left, you will experience a different Colombian vibe from street art , music, food etc, pretty safe neighborhood…..

Good Value, but construction on the park was noisy
The hotel needs lots of refurbishing in the hallways, but the rooms we received were refurbished and pretty nice, the balcony faced the park, which was nice if the park wasn't under construction and very noisy since early in the morning, One of our two rooms had a mini fridge the other did not? Overall the location was excellent everything in walking distance the breakfast was good and the service was great by all, hope to come back when the park construction is finished as it was a good value.

Property was a little run down. No hot water, shower was not functioning properly. Wifi had issues. Great view, great staff, great breakfast. Wouldn't recommend for long stays.

Bad hotel overall. The only positive things I can find is being cheaper than the other hotels in the area, nice view from the higher floors and decent wifi. Very old room, very old building, poor customer service, no warm water, noisy. Not the usual standard you get from hotels. Go there if you want to save money, but don't expect a decent experience.

The location of the hotel is close to the city's attractions. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and has beautiful park and old town view. The bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room works very well. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The free WiFi connection is good but with some interruptions.

Hotel was not what I expected so I asked them for a refund but they refused…. I did not stay a single night there, but they charged me for 4 nights… I do not recommend this place to anybody.

street next to the hotel so noisy every body hunk and beep all day long and those sellers in that street never shut up nor even a single minute. Definitely you can't rest in that " hotel" i wouldn't never use or recomend that hotel to any one.

Great View of Park but noisy in front.
Great view of the park but noisy in front quiet in the back. Great air conditioning, Television and WiFi. No vermin roaches mosquitoes bugs or lizards. Convenient to restaurants clubs shopping jewelry stores patisseries and Juan Valdez. Great front desk staff restaurant and housekeeping. Water in show Luke warm.

Super clean facility located right outside of the walled city. Room was spacious and free water was a nice touch. Easy to get to Getsemani as well. VERY noisy on the adjacent street for really no reason as there isn’t a club there and it isn’t a major street. Staff is super rude. I’m a mild mannered person and I had to catch myself a couple of times. Wouldn’t stay here again due to staff and surrounding area but it wasn’t a bad choice.

No hot water!!! The hotel need renovations. The hotel is around 2 blocks from the main area Ciudad Amurallada but this walking distance is unsafe during the night. There is no people on the street and very dark.
