"Joanna at the front desk was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best celebration of my birthday. The rooftop is beautiful and the location is perfect and right in the middle of the old city about a 15 minute walk from Getsemaní. The room was clean and the AC ran the entire time. Rainfall shower heads with hot water availability. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage there and I’d say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The pool is clean and the food is incredible. "Location is great doesn't look like much during day but at night the streets around the hotel are filled with bars and restaurants. About a ten minute walk to the Clock Tower. Lots of dining options. Breakfast was lovely in the courtyard. There is no elevator. Our room was huge but the bathroom very small. "
