Very helpful & friendly, staff, always ready to help with any enquiry. Good food everywhere & after sightseeing around Cartagena the hotel was a fantastic haven of peace to recharge. Easy to relax on the roof pool/ patio area & in the Courtyard sitting area. Amazing!

What can I say? They were extremely friendly, polite, accommodating, and clean. The hotel smells like a spa and has all the makings of one. They let us use their pedal bikes to tour around the city. Always answered whatever questions we had and decent options for breakfast. Amazing stay thank you.

Stayed for 4 days, and it was a wonderful! The breakfast held many options from yogurt to scrambled eggs, and agua frescas which was very convenient for our mornings before heading out. The surrounding area is safe and kept busy by many tourists around, and the hotel is kept locked the whole day making myself and my friend feel very safe. The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. We did also partake in the massage services on our last day of the trip, which was a great ending to our stay in the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely will come back to it when I come back to visit Cartegena.

This was a beautiful property. It's location was walkable to the Walled City and there were excellent restaurants in Getsemani. The small rooms were fine. It was just a bed and side table with a TV, but it was plenty of room for my husband and I. The rooms were pretty and clean. The staff spoke English and Spanish and were very friendly.

Property is an oasis from the incredibly busy area outside. Incredibly quiet internally. Staff were professional and friendly. Only thing I didn't like was there was no window in my room. As much as the room was beautifully furnished, cool temperature wise and spacious, I felt if there was an emergency - there was no way out from the end of the corridor where my room was situated. This wasn't made clear to me at time of booking and I had booked a superior room

A great property. Just down by take the “ 4 hour for $100,000 Pesos” private car tour offered by the hotel. First, it was only 3 hours and cost over $100 Canadian Dollars. The hotel compensated us with a $30,000 Pesos taxi ride. Great staff at the hotel.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property! The staff was absolutely lovely, and the ambiance is just amazing. We used the pool almost every day, and the breakfast was healthy and fresh. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Columbia!

Definitely recommend
Stayed for a 4 night trip and we really enjoyed it. Excellent staff and great service from start to finish, the room was very nice clean, tidy and had a good shower. Roof top pool area is a great sun trap with a nice plunge pool, the only negative is the sun loungers had no cushions so not very comfortable. Good location with lots of bars snd restaurants nearby and about 10 minute walk to the city walls for more bars and restaurants.

Attentive staff, very clean and well decorated. Modern, yet fits in with the vintage feel of the area. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all very warm and welcoming and professional. The hotel is beautiful and is located in a great place. I could walk almost everywhere. The complimentary Breakfast options were delicious. Spa was beautiful and my massage was great. The front desk ladies spoke English and gave great directions on how to get places. Thank you!

Daniella , Alfonso, neidir , Nicole helped me at my stay to accommodate me with all my questions and they were the best help . Hotel is great nice location, close to everything and pool was great . Def would stay here again

La ubicacion es genial, en medio del Barrio Getsemany. Las habitaciones son increibles, no se escucha absolutamente nada de la vida del barrio. Esta super cerca del centro historico. El personal del hotel es super amigable y estan siempre atentos a cada una de tus preguntas. El desayuno esta muy bueno, mucha variedad de comida. Totalmente recomendado para una visita a Cartagena!
