Good Location!

Pros: It is a large 2 story hotel with inside entrances to the rooms.
Cons: The restaurant food and prices.
Location: We boarded the ferry boat to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty from the New Jersey side in the park just south of Jersey City.
It is located just off the New Jersey Turnpike @Exit 12I

Convenient Location

Hotel was directly off parkway exit , has Shoprite Supermarket , CVS ,McDonalds place directly across the street. Room was nice and clean , I was able to be in the gym all night , shower and rest peacefully . Although housekeepers were very loud at about 7am , overall GREAT STAY !

I could not check in as hotel was full. Then I was advised that I had to wait as other people had not checked out yet. No apologizes were offered and I waited an hour before I could check in.

Disappointed

Some of the hotel staff, the lady in the restaurant and the cleaning lady did not treat us respectfully and were sometimes aggressive. We were really disappointed.

NICE HOTEL

Pros: Facility and cleaningness
Cons: Bed size
Location: The location is fine
We had a good time with family. Worth the price we pay for it.

Worst hotel ever!!!

Bathroom mirror was dirty ; there were hairs in the toilet sit and the tub. Toilet sit was broken . I request a 1 king bed and they gave me a 2 queen beds. Cover sheets were dirty and one of them with blood. Hotel charged me twice without telling me . Staff at the front desks was very rude.

Location: OK
1) Standard of the hotel much below the standard of this network in Poland (also musty smell as in bad motel in wilderness). 2) Long waiting time for the complimentary shuttle (service as grace) 3) Problems with contacting the hotel reception by phone (looked like receptionist hung up hearing the call of unwanted customer) 4) Grumpy service in hotel’s restaurant, demonstrating discontent if the tip was lower than expected. 5) Dirty, not washed cutlery, which were not replaced even when asked for
