The stay there wasn't bad. The shuttle service needs improvement because it's usually late even when you call.

The floor was dirty, tub wouldn't drain, "sleep number" bed did not work. The people at front desk seemed bothered by us.

Cons: room,
Room need refresment, breakfest was horrible, no fruit, short of bagels each days. do not recommended

Pros: nothing
Cons: better customer service. showing empathy for the customers and not just working.
There was some discrepancies in my flight schedule to Newark and i was not able to make my trip that night. I called the hotel staff and informed her that i missed the flight but was coming in the next morning so she should help me change my reservation date to the next day. She told me that there was no problem. I called again in the morning just to confirm my reservation and the staff i spoke to told me that that is not possible that if i missed my flight there was nothing they can do and there is no refund so my reservation is forfeited. I was disappointed because i spoke with a staff the night prior and she told me it was ok. so i called expedia to look into the issue and she spoke with the manageer of the hotel on my behalf and the manager will not bulge. she kept insisting that there is no refund and if i missed my flight and missed the day of my reservation, it is not their fault so my payment was gone, except i was to make a new reservation and pay again. the annoying thing was that, i spoke with an hotel staff that night and she said it was okay. This is an hotel on my red flag that i will never make reservation again and i will not recommend. I was frustrated that morning and i had to make a quick reservation to another hotel which cost more because of the timing.

Excellent hotel!

Pros: Room was very nice.
Location: Location was perfect for the sight seeing.
It was an excellent hotel. We will stay there again. The room was clean. The service at the front desk was friendly.

It's a somewhat a nice location to the malls.

Pros: The king size bed was the only thing that I liked.
Cons: I would have to say that basically almost everything needs improvement, right down to their WI-FI, and get the non-smoking people away from the smokin
Location: I did not really check out the surrounding area, I just came to take care of some business, but I was looking for better!
Well, the first day we got here, we settled in, and notice that the sink had a leak around the top of the counter, and it would leak on to the floor. We notified room service, the next day, and continued to notify people at desk, almost every day, about the leak around the faucet. They suppose to be sending someone to fix sink, but it was never fixed, while we were there, not after we left. I thought this was very bad service, on the hotel's part, also the sheets were seldomly changed, carpets were not cleaned, bathroom were not cleaned, and the coffee was rarely left, so I had to buy my own instant coffee. I did not like how they have the non-smoking, and the smoking rooms all together, instead of having them on separate floors, I have asthma, and it was hard on me sleeping , smelling smoke all night.
