Lobby smelled bad. The clerk did not speak English, she told me I owed a $1,000 deposit. She asked another man to help her with the deposit m it took about 15-20 minutes to check in. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were tiny and hard as a rock.

Had a issue with the room next to me when they had 8 guest partying, the issue waa they where extremely lound along with loud music went to the front to change rooms, the lady said they couldn't do it because I'd be taking money out of there pockets I was in a king room they only hand a double which is far less then the room i was in needless to say they refused to switch and "Pretend" to call the room next to me, most of the staff are ignorant and refuse to help especially the male that was at the front desk.

Hotel is alright…
This hotel only has two floors and there isn’t an elevator to take your luggage. It’s definitely an inconvenience not being able to safely or securely have a way onto the second floor without walking up the stairs. There should’ve given an option to take elevator or stairs.

(Room number 116) The bathroom was dirty. Show was dirty with someone else’s hair and a dirty dark ring like it had not been washed/ cleaned. And the floor in the whole room hadn’t been swept and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room off. RM 114 the door was hard to open. And I got charged for an extra room, when I only booked two rooms, they charged me for three and claim they can’t find it but the third charge is on my bank statement

Flooring in rooms are laminate, but was was very clean/new. Pillows were terrible, and small, but I may be turning into one of those that will travel with my own pillow, so might be fine for others. It's a 2 level building, and only stairs are available, no elevator, keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Overall the facility is clean, in good/very good condition, and reasonably priced.

We checked in around 6pm. We booked a king bed and pull out couch room for 4 people. The pull out couch was broken and the mattress fell through to the floor at the foot of the bed. The microwave did not work in the room. When I walked to the desk to report the broken pull out and to ask for sheets, blanket and pillow for the pull out bed, I was given one fitted sheet and nothing more. When I asked for a blanket and pillow, I was told there were none in the entire hotel available. I explained that we would be leaving for a few hours and asked if there could be any ready for when we returned so that we would have a pillow and blanket for our kids. I was informed that housekeeping went home at 4pm and there was nothing she could do. She just looked at me and offered no alternatives. I decided not to bother with asking for towels since the room for 4 people was only stocked with 2 towels and washcloths. The hot breakfast was very lacking as well. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the muffins were soggy in their plastic like they had been frozen then thawed. When items ran out (sausage, biscuits, milk, etc.), they were not replaced timely.

The room was ok . You could hear the people next door up until 11:30 part of the time it would sound like they were in the room with you . The bathroom needs to be upgraded no place for my husband to put his shaving stuff.

Older hotel. The main way to get to the second floor is by stairs. I never saw a elevator to use. This makes it hard for people with disabilities. The room appeared clean upon arrival but after checking up some spiked water of the floor I quickly learned otherwise when the white towels turned very dirty. One of the main reason we booked this hotel is because they had a pool which wasn't even open for memorial day weekend. Plus the size of the pool was ridiculously small. Also upon arrival of the hotel we found out that we needed to have a $100 deposit paid on top of the cost for the hotel stay. This information would've been very useful beforehand.

When we asked for fresh towels it was an issue each time. It should not be a problem to get a clean towel to dry off with when requested. Then we came back to our room the last night and the room had been cleaned when we clearly had the Do Not Service Room sign on the door. The male working each night was not friendly and did not provide the customer service you would expect or that we have had when staying here before. We will NOT ever stay here again. We had recommended this place to others who stayed here and they will not be staying here again either after hearing about our experience. So, not only did you lose one customer, you lost several due to the lack of service to those staying with you.
