The hotel has gone down over the last 4 years I've stayed here. Our toilet rocked like a rocking chair. Informed the front desk clerk of this and they responded with a shrug of the shoulders. There was sharp piece of metal protruding from the couch. This was also mentioned and a maintenance guy came in later to repair that. CHECK IN: OMG. Are you kidding me HOTELS.COM? You all screwed me over big time. I receive emails prior to my stay at this hotel indicating everything is in order. Upon checking in, the hotel has no knowledge or record of my confirmation number, never heard of my name and upon calling your toll free number, same response, confirmation number has no record available. The clerk called your number and the recording indicated no record found. Please wait for next available tech who should be available in just a few minutes. The clerk was on the phone for close to 20 minutes and never got a answer.

The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke! It permeated the entire lobby and the floor where I stayed. Other than that it was just an average room, good enough for one night.

Went to the area to see Gibbs Garden near the town of Ball Ground.

Good points...and pest control problem.

Great staff. Yummy breakfast. Rooms could be cleaned better...outer comforter needed to be washed. Floors were not vacuumed. Moth infestation from the nearby Walmart needs to be attended to. But overall I think it exceeded the 2 star rating at a good price.

Bug land

The room was full of roaches in other bugs couldn't get a refund so it was a bad up stay
