The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was during our three night stay, room service forgot to service our room on our last night. Wife wasn't happy about it. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Five star hotel

From the front desk to the room service staff cleanliness of the room, the complimentary breakfast it was a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend the Holiday Inn express in Rome Georgia to anybody heading that way.

This hotel was perfect for the imagine festival. It was super clean…spotless!!! And i would def recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was great!! The only downside was when it was extremely busy, it was hard finding parking on 1 of the 3 nights we stayed there. But even with that, it was WELL WORTH IT!! The beds were comfortable!!! If you can, upgrade to the suite!!! Till next Time!!! 5 stars all the way

I booked a handicap room. The beds were so high that I had to use a chair from the room to help me boost my disabled mother into the bed. For that matter, at 60, I had to use the chair to get into the bed myself. You’d have to take a running jump to get into those beds. Also, I couldn’t get any water in the shower. When I’d turn on the water and adjust the temperature the water would literally stop running before I could turn on the shower. All the front desk could do was tell me that no one was working from the maintenance department. I check out and went next door to the Comfort Inn and Suites where I had an excellent experience. Holiday Inn should be ashamed…. You have absolutely no idea what a handicap room is.
