The property was good. It’s just in a bad area. The inside is beautiful. It was clean. I didn’t like that parking was only valet and it was an extra $45.

The first night , some people on our floor started arguing around 2 and and stop until the police come . The second night someone started arguing again but it didn’t last as long.

The room was great and very clean, the hotel did not stink from marijuana use, which is a frequent issue at all hotels as of late. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor heated pool was amazing, we felt like we were in a tropical oasis.

they gave me someone else's room twice, got cursed out by both guest for trying to open their door and entering room. Manager too busy to talk to me. Gave me a free meal for getting my safety threaten. Will not recommend

I stayed in the room on the 5th floor. People from the next room tried to open my door at 9:30 pm while I was asleep. And also someone tried to open the connection door. I asked the staff, and they moved me to the new room immediately on the 7th floor. I did not have good luck while staying in the room on the 7th floor too, the people from the next room fought after 10 pm, then I also could hear they had sex at midnight. I was trying to sleep because my flight the next day departed at 6 am and I needed to wake up around 4 am. I couldn't sleep till 2 am due to the noise from the next room. Overall, the room was nice but the walls were thin and the people who stayed there were not very nice. I will not be staying there ever again.

In town for The Big South volleyball tournament. Convenient to Olympic Park and Georgia World Congress Center. Very walkable area. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Would stay here again.

I was not properly checked in, so I had someone else walk into my room in the middle of the night. That was the first night. Then, I found out they put someone else's name on my room after I checked in. They also didn't put payment information, so I had to square that away. When I thought it was all taken care of, I found out it still wasn't, and they had other charges. No one knew what to do or what to charge me. I have yet to find out what they concluded and am long gone. I keep checking my statements to make sure nothing extra was charged. I am not pleased with the issues I had. I was there for my daughter's volleyball tournament and had to spend more time resolving the problems with the front desk staff. I have worked in hotel services, and this is why I was a bit more lenient than others may have been. However, it wasn't a pleasing experience. The fitness center was subpar also.

I Booked a room for my son Bday in which I just got off a 12hour shift and Drove almost 4 hours all for me to sleep uncomfortably. A double bed room that I Booked, was not provided even though room was fully paid for and they could not accommodate the space I needed for the people I brought. We had to share one queen bed. As a woman, I had to share a queen bed with two boys and my nephew had to sleep in a chair because there wasn’t a second bed or pull out couch. No cover or pillow but a sheet I had to take off the bed.

Filthy! Filthy, stained sheets. Filthy, stained mattresses. Did not have enough rooms because they over-booked. Had to figure out how to put 5 people in a king bed. We were told it wasn’t their problem because we booked through Expedia.

The pool area was awesome The workout area is small and it said breakfast was free and it Wasn’t The front desk gives $10 on breakfast still end up paying $30 for breakfast (I like to get hotels with free breakfast) It was clean and nice friendly people who worked there were Awesome

Overpriced and poor customer service. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. I was charged twice for my stay, lied to about the printer being broken when requesting a copy of my bill and then hung up on by Alicia when I called to speak with a manager. We were charged a group rate for the conference. We had to pay a one night deposit in advance which I was charged again upon checkout. I reserved for four nights and when checking in told I had only three nights reserved. I went online to Expedia and secured the same room for significantly less. They then charged a resort fee which was supposed to include a food credit, of course that was not credited to the bill. In total, Financial errors that customer service was not willing to address. In addition, the room was dirty, heard what sounded like an animal trapped in the wall the first night and alarm going off at 3am with people smoking marijuana in the stairwells. I will never stay here again.

Exceptionally inadequate parking situation. It took 1-2 hrs for every time to park. We were advised to take valet because of apparent car jackings frequently in other places nearby. The valet system and entry was extremely disorganized. The hotel otherwise was nice.

Basic hotel nothing to be excited about. Pool was covered to be able to enjoy year round but to many unattended children throwing a ball and splashing my young children and even once striking my one year old in my wife’s arms. Hotel staff walked by and didn’t seem to mind so we just left the pool area. Check in was slow just to find out room wasn’t ready had to wait til after designated check in time. Manager was not concerned with my displeasure of waiting for room after 14 hour drive

Booked and paid for 2 x queen bed room but on arrival, the check in desk told me that they had allocated all of those rooms. They had one room with one bed in it - the hotel check in staff were not interested at all, the service was extremely poor, should have been refunded in full
