One Stay

Cons: Have some glasses in the room. Air systems that aren't so loud.
Location: I was there for a hockey game in Raleigh.
I needed a place for one night. The price seemed reasonable. For an extended stay, there were no glasses, plates, or silverware. I couldn't even fill a glass of water. The remote didn't work for the TV. The air system was super loud, but that wasn't the problem. It would loudly turn on and off every 45 minutes. Every 45 minutes I was awakened by the thing. I got enough rest to get back on the road as quickly as possible.

Centrally-located

Pros: The hotel was centrally-located and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The uncomfortable queen bed and sofa bed (which was also stained). Loud-running fridge.
Location: Several restaurants, car rental, with easy freeway access. Umstead Park and trails nearby and a 10-15 minute drive to Raleigh.
We stayed for 5 days at the hotel, and given the price, had a fairly good experience.

Wouldn't stay here again

Pros: I got to sleep for a few hours.
Cons: Cleaned unoccupied room provided at check in. Stocked basic amenities like toilet paper.
Location: Near RDU.
The first room they gave me was either occupied or hadn't been cleaned when I entered it (it was about 2am). I saw a towel on the bathroom floor, another on the table and the bed was unmade. I returned to the desk and the clerk/manager (not sure which) apologized and said "that's the second time tonight haha". Clearly they don't have their stuff in order. At 8am the next morning I was awoken by a fire alarm going off every 4 seconds. Tired and confused I got out of bed, heard a fire truck and looked out the window to see the fire truck arriving. I called the front desk and asked "is there a fire or not?". They informed me that it was just a FIRE DRILL. So, I'm a patient person and if they had given me a heads up I would have been annoyed but would have understood. I was giving no warning about the drill and there was nothing posted in the room to let me know there may be a drill conducted during my stay. Never mind that Id' just gotten to sleep 5 hours before... I had enough toilet paper to use the bathroom 1 time before running out. No replacement roll. The tissue box was also empty. I did not use the shower and am glad for it. The mattress you could feel the stitching grooves like if you just have a mattress at home with a thin sheet and no mattress pad. This hotel worked out for me this night b/c I needed it in a pinch. I booked after midnight at the last minute and it was $60-$80 cheaper than the other hotels near the airport. Good for emergency only.

Old Hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: In previous comments. No elevator.
Location: Good locatuon.
This hotel should not be an extended stay. I stayed at others and not up to standards. Old bed, carpet, lobby, mattresses, bad breakfast, towels. Can't think of anything nice.

Surprisingly comfortable

I may have stayed only one night, but I was surprised at how comfortable yet inexpensive the hotel was. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly enough. The things that could be improved are the hotel hallways. The lobby and the room is nice, but everywhere in between is a little run down. Otherwise, I'd stay again if I'm ever in town.

Gross despite Cary location

Horrifying! Hallways and stairways were filthy and smelled of bad food and Marijuana. The carpet powder all over the halls was not fooling anyone. Room was half cleaned, no pillows and urine still in the toilet. Needless to say I checked out after that. Attendant was professional and courteous. I hope he finds a job at a better hotel.

Dingy and musty

Rooms all smell a little like stale smoke; no elevator; no trash can in room?; generally kind of dirty. I was able to move to a new room that smelled a little better than the first, but still not great.

Terrible hotel

I arrived 2 hours early, was given a room with public hair on the bathroom tiles. I had an infant which I specified and they had no crib for him. They had no elevator so I had to carry my bags and child up 3 flights of stairs. I had no body wash or conditioner for the shower. I was told their was a pool but looked out of my window to see the pool filled with concrete. Breakfast was a grab and go breakfast with nothing hot and lousy coffee. I will never stay here again and never recommend to anyone on this planet or the next.

Extended Stay not Extended

Had a nice suite near the exit on the bottom floor. There was a serious stench upon entering, but a very convenient room location. Had to get any additional furnishing like sheets for the sofa bed and some plastic spoons for the food I brought. Food prep area had no supplies. One set of towels for 2 people. Thought is was great that the coffee was plentiful in the morning. Side doors didn't shut all the way. Felt safe overall. Might stay there again for the location and price. Nice water pressure and sink drainage. Vernard hustled. Wifi sluggish.
