The property was nice and clean however after I booked on Expedia when I got to the hotel I was told I had to pay 25.00 for my small Diabetic Alert Dog. The young man at the counter said that she did not qualify as a service animal. First I’ve never paid for a dog to stay in LaQuinta hotels and since Maggie was trained to alert us in March 2022 I have never had to pay for her to stay at any hotel. We should have been made aware of the charge before we booked on Expedia.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Properly and room were very clean. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Great option especially for the price. Easy drive to the University.
Served a nice free breakfast including hot eggs, bacon and sausage as well as cereal, oatmeal yogurt.
They only clean the room after you leave, but I’m sure you can request it done during your stay. Wasn’t an issue they did supply new towels upon request.
Best stay we have had in a long time. We stopped for the night on our way back home to FL. Staff was very friendly. Check in was super easy and fast. room was clean and updated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Zero noise. Hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, waffles, fruit, bagels and pastries. Highly recommend.
Very tastefully re-decorated and practical wood-like floors! Breakfast area was exceptionally clean and nice healthy options! Coffee was very good and plentiful!
Upon checking in I asked if a room on the first floor close to an exit was available for my elderly dog. It was perfect for all of our needs!
Great place to stay, very clean and quiet. It's very easy to get to downtown Knoxville from here, only 10 minutes. It is a bit far from any other business as far as I can tell. But if you have a way of getting around (I took Ubers) it's a very convenient place to stay.
Impressed! Honestly a great nights stay. Water did get cold while I was in the shower all of a sudden and that sucked but other than that it was great. Would stay again!
We loved the room. The receptionist wanted to be helpful, but I found him difficult to understand because of his accent. The place would rate a “perfect “ if the elevator had not made very loud, disturbing screeches and other noises. We were truly scared it was about to break down and we’d be stuck—a terrifying thought.
