We are very sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant stay; if you stayed recently and had an issue with the water outage - We are very sorry all our guests had to deal with the water outage on Sunday. It was an unfortunate event that was caused by a water main break with the water company. The water break was not on our property, and it impacted the resort as well as other nearby residents and companies. It was not isolated to our facilities and water was restored that late evening after the water company fixed their break. We hope you consider us for the future.

Arizona has had record temperatures for several weeks in a row and we are working on maintaining our systems and we should now see temperatures starting to level out now. We had a maintenance issue with our AC system and our Engineering department was notified to plan a course of action. Unfortunately, Arizona is experiencing record breaking temperatures right now and our staff is working diligently to keep all areas cool. When we were notified of the issue with your room we made sure to reach out to Expedia to be sure you were issued a full refund for the inconvenience. We are very sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience at our resort. One of two of our elevators was down as we experienced a mechanical issue that required an outside vendor to fix. We do ask guests to alert the front desk when experiencing any in room issues and they will be happy to assist in alerting our engineering department to help. We hope you give us another chance.
