Did not appear to have cleaned the room. Bathroom still had hair in tub. Arrived late so ordered room service, thought a club sandwhich was a safe bet, nope. Could barely eat it, so much mayonnaise and food was bland. Ordered coffee as well and fruit for breakfast, worst I've ever had in my life. Used the gym by the pool. There was a towel and a used condom in the changing room. Neighborhood not the best either. Pictures do NOT represent quality of hotel.

Good hotel, very convenient location. Good service. Room service should be improved. The problem was they removed all towels in the morning and brought clean ones late afternoon. Need towels to be replaced right away. Also, at check in, someone should give details of all amenities of the hotel such as pool, etc..

Short business trip

Would expect minibar & water heater / coffee machine as a standard in a 4 star hotel. Room service menu was not available. No free drinking water. Limited menu in the restaurant. Overall an ok short term stay for a business trip. Would not bring my family here.
