Great Quality Hotel

This was a great hotel, early check-in, very clean, room was spacious. I would stay again.

I can't rate what I didn't get

We arrived at the hotel only to be told that they did not have a room for us despite our reservation, and we were sent to another hotel.

Our 3 night stay in Casablanca

Pros: Staff was very helpful and service oriented. In the middle of Casablanca
Cons: Stand up shower was missing
Our room was very nice and included a separate living area. We expected a water view and did not have one. Instead we were on the 14th floor with a southern city view. We did not like the fact that you had to sit in the bathtub to take a shower. This was a bit awkward for us Americans. All in all the room was a good value that we can recommend to future travelers

staff are friendly and helpful

Pros: it is OK for a short stay
Cons: Morocco cuisine is available only at dinner time...i suggest if can be available during lunch as well
Location: places of interest is reachable by shared caps
the hotel is reasonable,however, it is away from places of action...you need a sharing cap for transport

high rise hotel centrally located

Pros: We fell in love with the roof top terrace and used it just about everyday in spite of the weather not cooperating
Cons: Very slow in serving coffee and replenishing, but the coffee was good. Make the Spa more affordable
Location: Unfortunately, we had 2 rainy days out of 4. So all our sightseeing was done with a limousine service and not walking.
An hotel geared to serve the travelling business man.We stayed there mainly because of its name and reputation but it was slightly overpriced for a travelling tourist in the month of February. Disappointing that the roof top pool was not heated. But, on the other hand the washrooms through out the hotel were immaculate. The rooms are clean and the bed extremely comfortable The staff well informed, very social and knowledgeable. The breakfast was ample, in abundance and properly serviced. Very appreciative for the care that we received by the staff preparing personalized juices every day.The evening at the Moroccan lounge was a delight and the musicians amused andsatisfied us with nostalgic Egyptian songs

Relaxing stay in Movenpick

Pros: The staff and cleanliness.
Cons: I sat at a table in the restaurant that was not sitting level, and wobbled, spilling coffee when I cut my food...minor inconvenience.
Location: Close to all sites you might want to see. There are trams and red taxis easily accessed if you didn't rent a car.
The highlight of my experience was the spa facilities. The staff was professional, caring, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I got the package and felt relaxed and fantastic after. What was a little disappointing was when I arrived, I went up to the 16th floor to take a swim, but unfortunately, there was a party booked. When I went early in the morning for a swim, the area was being cleaned, and although I could've swam, I chose to go back and just get breakfast instead. I can't speak highly enough about the all the staff, from time of reception through leaving, all were kind, and made you feel special.

Disappointing

Cons: cleanliness and decor
This hotel was on Orbitz as a 5-star hotel which in my opinion is very misleading. I don't even think it should be a 4-star hotel. The room and the furniture were old and not very clean. The shower and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. The lobby was unimpressive. I would not recommend this hotel or rate it as a 5-star hotel.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Location and size of the bed
Cons: More complimentary water
Great hotel for business, located in the centre of Casablanca. Clean and very friendly staff. Only issue would be the lack of complimentary water received by the hotel. I stayed for 4 days and only received 2 small bottles of water, I received the same amount daily from the Movenpick in Dubai. The charges for additional water were excessive. Other than that a pleasant stay.
