high rise hotel centrally located

Pros: We fell in love with the roof top terrace and used it just about everyday in spite of the weather not cooperating
Cons: Very slow in serving coffee and replenishing, but the coffee was good. Make the Spa more affordable
Location: Unfortunately, we had 2 rainy days out of 4. So all our sightseeing was done with a limousine service and not walking.
An hotel geared to serve the travelling business man.We stayed there mainly because of its name and reputation but it was slightly overpriced for a travelling tourist in the month of February. Disappointing that the roof top pool was not heated. But, on the other hand the washrooms through out the hotel were immaculate. The rooms are clean and the bed extremely comfortable The staff well informed, very social and knowledgeable. The breakfast was ample, in abundance and properly serviced. Very appreciative for the care that we received by the staff preparing personalized juices every day.The evening at the Moroccan lounge was a delight and the musicians amused andsatisfied us with nostalgic Egyptian songs

Relaxing stay in Movenpick

Pros: The staff and cleanliness.
Cons: I sat at a table in the restaurant that was not sitting level, and wobbled, spilling coffee when I cut my food...minor inconvenience.
Location: Close to all sites you might want to see. There are trams and red taxis easily accessed if you didn't rent a car.
The highlight of my experience was the spa facilities. The staff was professional, caring, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I got the package and felt relaxed and fantastic after. What was a little disappointing was when I arrived, I went up to the 16th floor to take a swim, but unfortunately, there was a party booked. When I went early in the morning for a swim, the area was being cleaned, and although I could've swam, I chose to go back and just get breakfast instead. I can't speak highly enough about the all the staff, from time of reception through leaving, all were kind, and made you feel special.

Nice hotel with outside noise

Clean, excellent staff, good breakfast, but quite noisy even on 14th floor. Located at busy intersection and you will hear every honk even on top floor. Otherwise very good, free wifi works well, people are friendly. I'll stay again and bring ear plugs.

Great hotel within walking distance to the sights

Movenpick is a fantastic hotel with great amenities! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.

Good Quality Hotel

Excellent quality, great facilities, including a very nice pool and pool bar. Location is a bit "business" area rather than tourist area, though there were plenty of eateries in walking distance. Breakfast was really good BUT very expensive - I was told on check-in that it was included but then at checkout had to pay extra for it .. the only down-side of the stay

Nice hotel, nice staff, nice location, tiny pool

Nice hotel, but extremely tiny 8 meter long swim pool with ice cold freezing water, no good for a swimmer like myself!! Reception very kindly didn't charge me extra when I ended up checking out very late around 5pm due to some issues.
