Nicely located and comfortable to go most of tourist spots. Quiet and comfortable hotel.

The hotel location is good and it seems that the hotel had a good history but currently it is it the minimal maintenance.

Good location

Pros: Not a great deal, would never book again even if paying by "points".
Cons: Guest Service - Front Desk Room Maintenance Customer Service - Lobby Bar
Hotel room was VERY dated, and in poor repair, and guest service was lacking. 1. Phone did not work. Reported to front desk 2x's and was still not repaired when I departed. 2. Taking a shower, and went to adjust the shower head, and it came off in my hand! 3. Dresser, and mini fridge door missing hand pulls (knobs) 4. Room Service Menu REALLY stained and dirty 5. Room collateral was all Very Well used . .wrinkled and stained. I used some of my Expedia Points to pay for room . . .maybe this is why I was placed in such a neglected, and beat up room? 6. Stood at front desk for longer than necessary to report broken phone. One female guest service agent was busy with another guest, however the female Guest Service Agent I was standing directly in front of, could not "see" me, due to her being on a cell phone. 7. Sat in lobby bar for 20-mminutes while staff was easily taking an order right next to me, and delivering food. Server made eye contact, but never bothered to stop by my table to greet me, let me know he would be right with me, etc. I was invisible.

Worst 5 stars hotel in Casablanca

The fist day we arrived they put us in a room where the room key does not work, we had to get someone from the reception every time we had to get into the room. They finally changed our room the next day. Than we had to wait all day till 1 am for them to bring an extra bed for my son. Than there wasn't enough towels to toiletries for the 3 of us, than the AC wasn't working. To top it off I had a perfume stollen from my bag and the hotel's reaction and solution was "oups we're sorry about that" nothing more. I really suggest for anyone that's thinking to stay here to just look elsewhere or you'll be very disappointed!

Just stayed no leisure

Smooth and early check in . House keeping staff were great but worst check out because they wanted more city tax then what was specified by Exoefia, as a result we got late for our flight .

Overall not a 5 stars hotel

Definitely not a five stars hotel , hotel smell bad , carpets were nasty , AC was terrible , it was very hot in the room where I stayed , I called the technician to fix the AC he came to fix it , but the room was still very hot I realize that the hotel don't want to spend money to turn on the AC , it blow hot air , it was my wedding day when I stayed there , very bad experience , I dint not like a single thing in that hotel , it can be a 2 stars hotel but not 5 stars no way , the only good thing about the hotel is that hotel in downtown

Great hotel near old medina

I stayed here by myself and the staff was very accommodating and attentive. They helped me find my way around and made sure I was ok. I was only in Casablanca for a short period of time but it was a fantastic trip and the people I met were fantastic. The cab fare I negotiated to the hotel for 200 dirham but return it is a fixed price of 300. I know that this is a question I had a hard time finding the answer to before I arrived ;)

Nice average hotel

Management should train staff to be more friendly & welcomed. Staff was courteous but most had very serious faces. I did not feel very welcomed. I can get by speaking English, Spanish & some French but being a Sheraton I feel staff should speak more English. I must praise the employee in concierge who went out of his way to negotiate a low rate with a taxi driver & introduced us to an honest, reliable & friendly taxi driver/ tour guide who we hired for our entire trip. Cleaning ladies were very friendly.
