The lobby is really nice

Posted Feb 5, 2017
The check in and out were fast and the receptionists were friendly and smiley. The hotel is close to the traditional souq but I can't consider its location as good because it's far from everything else I wanted to visit. Taxis en front of the hotel are really rude and not helpful and the hotel cars are really expensive! The area is not that clean to walk around. Anyway, what I hated the most is my bedroom, there was no tall mirror and the bed's sheet were pumpy! I wasn't feeling comfortable sleeping in the bed! Breakfast is good. I don't think I'll stay in it again as I had the same experience of the Sofitel hotel in LA! Anyway, thanks for the smiley faces of the staff

Enjoyable experience, the reception was good, almost, all staff friendly and like to provide service, breakfast was good, our junior suit was on the 21st floor overlooking the harbor and the city, the only thing that did not like there are no Balcony and no windows can be opened..

Comfortable

Posted Oct 23, 2016
Pros: Very quiet and comfortable room, bed was great, everything you need in bath, bar is lively, breakfast was very good
Cons: We needed bottled water in our room and called the desk to ask for it -- an hour later, nothing.
Location: We did not explore area - too tired coming to and leaving Morocco. But the Hassan II Mosque is a must for all -- tours for non Muslims, in English.

Close to old city center.

Posted Aug 1, 2016
Pros: Super clean and modern with very friendly staff that makes an effort to speak English.
Location: One block from railroad station (Gare de Casa Port) that takes you directly to the airport. Also, a nice 10-minute walk to the old city center.
Hotel sits back off street that connects the modern port railroad station with the old city center that is filled with sidewalk cafes, new and old boutiques, restaurants, and a modern trolley system that will take you to the railroad station (Gare de Casa Voyageurs) for the train to Marrakech.

More luxurious than expected.

Posted Jul 24, 2016
Pros: Very clean, friendly and centrally located.
Near the seaport with many other hotels and only one block from the train station (la Gare de Casa Port) that has a direct connection to the airport. Lots of Moroccan cafes and boutiques just one block away. Rick's Cafe (from the movie Casablanca) is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is OK, not great.

Posted Mar 6, 2016
Pros: Food
Cons: Location
Location: location is not good, the only good near by thing for the tourist was Husain Masque.
The food was excellent, the best Marocan food in Casabalanca. The staff specially Soufian the waiter provided us best service.
