“The first room we were given reeked of smoke despite being a non smoking hotel. This caused me to have an asthma attack. When I returned to the front desk I was immediately given a different room that did not smell of smoke. Neither room had functioning AC units. I also reported that someone was smoking in the room across the hall from us but I don't think anything was done about it (room 114).
The breakfast had a good selection of items and a cheerful staff member working at it.

“Everything was fine except the broken toilet seat in room 411. Could not get it fixed so we just did our best. Staff was kind but seemed powerless to remedy our situation.”

“We always stay here whenever we're near Great Falls because we love the location and the facilities are always nice. It has a great location with ample parking. We love getting a balcony or patio suite. Love the river walk and river.”
