Keys had to be reset 3 times during our stay because they failed to work. Outdoor key entry was in very poor condition and it usually took 10 to 12 swipes to get it to work on both doors close to our room. It was noisy 2 of the 3 nights but it was due to other guests and could have been the close proximity to the door and pool. Staff very freindly and helpful. Room was clean even though proprty is old.

The rooms were decent. However, my kid found a large hair clip under the bed so you know they don’t clean super well. The manager (I’m assuming) was yelling at one of her housekeepers in the middle of the hall so that was kind of awkward.

Booked room had food and other wetness on the floor, the room keys would only work one time so new keys had to be made each time I went to my room. Bathroom had sticky residue on the floor and shower hadn’t been cleaned. Room door didn’t lock properly either so if you pushed hard the door the would pop open.

The manager was super sweet and helpful! There is construction happening around the hotel which makes navigation tricky, but not impossible. They have also done a phenomenal job or renovating the property.

When we arrived we were originally put into a Dirty room, I will say that the young man at the front desk at that time was nice and accommodating. He switched us rooms. Upon check out we were accused of smoking drugs in our room which was discriminatory and completely false. The “manager” NOVA was beyond rude and unprofessional. She was more concerned with talking about her second job at little Cesar’s than rectifying the situation. She was argumentative and condescending. Her behavior was disgusting and offensive. When asked if I could speak with a manager or have corporates number she replied with, “we are franchise and what so what we say goes”.

I have stayed at this location over the last 4 years. Never have I ever had to give $100 security deposit. I paid for my room through Expedia. They did not care and refused to give me the room I paid for which I couldn’t get a refund for through Expedia. People coming here for numerous activities at the Ford Event Center…..stay at another location. The staff is VERY rude and not accommodating AT ALL.
