The room we got was nothing like the picture online. Still an ok room but nothing nice like we expected.

Excellent value for a well situated property.

Pros: Room size was very nice, with a great breakfast.
Cons: Finishes and deep carpet and upholstery cleaning would help the property immensely.
Location: Adjacent to center street, walking distance to the Events Center, the property is well situated in Casper.
While the finishes and condition of the property was not top rate, the room was generally clean and an excellent bargain.

Pros: Very accommodating to needs.
Cons: Would have preferred to have free coffee available throughout the day, especially with cold/rainy weather.
Location: Convient to other areas.
Upgrades are very nice. The front desk was very helpful, especially with a very late arrival time due to a delayed flight.

It's a nice hotel with good service. The tv service was a bit spotty and there was a little sound from my room but otherwise.

Was a average experience. Nothing negative or real positive stands out. Larger size rooms. Comfortable bedding. For a few nights to stay in Casper it was fine.

Bad experience

Facility is run down and old. Air quality is very poor. Pool and spa were closed for entire weekend. Convention center was cold not properly heated. Elevators need maintenance very noisy and scary.

Could of done better for price.

Hotel is big. Outdated and in disrepair. Pool was broken which was a main item when I booked. Staff was friendly but the building is in serious disrepair. Train tracks in back. Several rooms around us had dogs that barked. A lot. For the price I’ll book a more known brand hotel next time.

Room was too hot with no way to cool off other than leaving a window open. Hotel close to railroad tracks which was VERY loud especially with window open.
