Was a average experience. Nothing negative or real positive stands out. Larger size rooms. Comfortable bedding. For a few nights to stay in Casper it was fine.

Just a night sleep.

Pros: The bed was pretty comfy with plenty of pillows. I also like the outside door access.
Cons: They need to have more attention to detail.
Location: There was a train right next to the hotel and it was very loud.
The room was OK, but the vent was FULL of dirt/dust and when I went to make coffee there was no filter tray. When I asked the front desk person if they had any coffee because I was unable to make some in my room, he said there was a cafe' or a Starbucks. Thanks.

Just OK....

It was an OK stay, nothing special. When taking a shower the tub did not drain so I ended up with water up to my knees? Yikes!

Nice hotel in its day

The air conditioning was broken, and nearby railroad tracks made it too noisy to sleep with the window open. I talked to three hotel clerks, and received inconsistent answers. At checkout, I asked what was being offered to compensate for the discomfort. I was told to take it up with Expedia. Also, the breakfast buffet cost extra, and looked unimpressive.

Cons: can't think of anything, very pleasant stay
Location: Great location, came to see and visit family and everything worked out fine
very pleasant and comfortable, friendly staff, the restaurant was great. Very relaxing and enjoyable

Good place, still needs a bit more updating.

Front desk was friendly, just wasn't very informative about Old Town, the reason we stayed here. Restaurant staff friendly but didn't get our order right (that we took to go to eat in the room). They forgot the cheese, sour cream and guacamole on my taco salad. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The flooring was old and it was a little smelly in certain areas near the conference center, but I liked the overall style they are going for.

Hotel has gone downhill

Pros: The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking.
I have stayed at this hotel many times, but I think it has gone downhill in several ways. The coffee maker was not working. There was no ice machine that worked in our part of the hotel. The staff was not helpful at all, it was as if they really didn't care. Restaurant service was very slow. This hotel hosts quite a few conventions, so you would think they would a better job. We will stay somewhere else the next time we are in Casper, there are many other places to stay.
