It stated this hotel was fully renovated, but the carpet was frayed and torn going into the bathroom and along the doorways. The carpet was dirty, dust/dirt around the edges. The bathtub had black around the corners. The TV was not very good, very blurry picture. I had requested a newly renovated room with 2 queen beds, when we checked in the clerk put us in a room that was as far from the front desk as it could possibly be. The hotel was almost completely empty so we could have been put much closer. We were charged an extreme amount for the pet fee, which was not stated in the amenities section. The continental breakfast was very limited, only a few options and no meat of any sort.

They have been remodeling for the past 2 or 3 years. Can't say I have seen much improvement however the price has doubled and it looks like they have lost a lot of business because of it. I have stayed there for a week or two every year for the last 5 years and I will probably stay some where else next year. What you have is a 2 1/2 star hotel charging a 4 star price.

Staff confused.

Big let down at breakfast.. They r remodeling & it looks good, so why not pay attention 2 it all.. i won't go back, cold brakfast, not good.. That's just me..

Take four hours to chk in no door on bathroom, had clean sheets on bed, clean towels but room was not clean had bugs

Easy access to I-25

Would be nice if there we fans in rooms. Overall good nights rest. Shower is a bit to be desired took forever for water to get hot then not much pressure.

Outdated and very poor breakfast experience.

This hotel was outdated. Carpets were old and stained. Otherwise it was clean and fairly comfortable. The breakfast was only served until 8:30 and the hostess was very rude! Most of the breakfast was taken down before 8:30 and did not include juice of any kind. Not much available at all.
