Incorrect features online.

Tough situation occurred here. We were told it was renovated room... Told there was wifi ... Both of these amenities were not true with our initial room. There were some communication issues between the hotel and Expedia according to hotel staff. Moved us to a semi renovated room (didn't match online images) with wifi. Tried to cancel but they threatened a cancellation fee of 50%. Took the room and were downgraded from King bed to Queen. No compensation was given for smaller bed. Just found extra charge on my credit card that I am attempting to reverse.

Pros: It was clean
Cons: Room was to far away for continental breakfast
Location: Near interstate & shopping
Didn't get breakfast because room was to far away & very old motel. It could use some new carpet in room we stayed

The room really clean and comfortable but TV was not working well at all.

No waste cans in room. Mattress so soft, we both had a back ache next day. Pool not open, after driving all day disappointed to not be able to swim.

Not as good as they say it is

The pool was ok. The laundry facilities were dirty. Had to spend extra money on laundry detergent. Overall wouldn't stay again

It stated this hotel was fully renovated, but the carpet was frayed and torn going into the bathroom and along the doorways. The carpet was dirty, dust/dirt around the edges. The bathtub had black around the corners. The TV was not very good, very blurry picture. I had requested a newly renovated room with 2 queen beds, when we checked in the clerk put us in a room that was as far from the front desk as it could possibly be. The hotel was almost completely empty so we could have been put much closer. We were charged an extreme amount for the pet fee, which was not stated in the amenities section. The continental breakfast was very limited, only a few options and no meat of any sort.

Staff confused.

Easy access to I-25

Would be nice if there we fans in rooms. Overall good nights rest. Shower is a bit to be desired took forever for water to get hot then not much pressure.
