The renovations going on, though not in my room, were a constant distraction though you never really saw any workers doing construction. The rooms in my wing were totally dated, shower/bath tile grout was moldy in places. The worst was the noise and scents drifting into the room at all hours. From smokers outside the doors to someone spritzing cologne that drifted heavily into the room it was strange. Three hours of a barking dog one evening was also an annoyance until its owners apparently came home about midnight. The noisy motor on the in room refrigerator would squeal sporadically at all hours.

Thank you for staying at our hotel. We are glad our location was perfect for your needs and that you were satisfied with your room. However, we are sorry your room was not one of the newly renovated ones. We are in the process of renovating the entire hotel and are working to complete this process as quickly as possible, while at the same time trying not to disturb guests unnecessarily. We are also disappointed we fell short in so many areas while you were our guest. We have shared your concerns with our team, and are taking measures to correct those issues.
