Decent Hotel

Stayed for one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No coffee in room. Chyree at the front desk who checked us in was extremely unfriendly.

employee lack of initiative

The weekend buffet person did not how to make the batter to refill the waffle batter dispensing machine. She made no attempt to ask for help, just said she did know how to make the batter. I was disappointed in her lack of initiative and motivation to meet customer request. Not many people want chocolate waffles, that was what was available in the dispenser.

This is a nice hotel that covers the basics. The location is good. it is close to several dining options. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are in and out of Casper, it is a nice choice.

Good hotel

Pros: Clean. Inviting staff. No hair in my sheets when I turned down the bed.
Location: Central to Casper, right on the interstate. The best thing to do in Casper is to leave before the wind drives you mad.
The only detractor was the parking lot maintenance which was delayed by an early snowstorm. Certainly not the fault of the facility.

Quality in Casper very nice and comfortable

The quality in Casper is a very nice hotel. It’s older, but it has been updated and is very comfortable and secure. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Casper Wyoming.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Key card would not wirk and had to have it redone 3 times. Other than that it was a good experience.

Nice stay

Great stay during a road trip. Enjoyed the recliner in the room and the on the go breakfast bag featuring a water, bagel, donut and fruit.

Impressed with this hotel. Had exercise room and good breakfast. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
