Nice, clean hotel. Not far from all the shopping.Posted Nov 20, 2015
Location: When we stayed there the Craft fair was right up the hill, next day we went shopping and only a short drive to all the shopping.
Wonderful stay. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to stay in Casper.

Small room, but cleanPosted Sep 24, 2015
The good: clean; convenient access to/from interstate; temperature control, and bed were comfortable; decent breakfast; good water pressure, and plentiful hot water for showers. The disappointments: no elevator; room was smaller than average, along with the tiny vanity.

Pet friendly IF they have a roomPosted Aug 26, 2015
I booked the hotel through Expedia. I did a search on "pet friendly hotels" & indicated 2 adults and a dog. Upon our arrival I was told the room I booked was not a dog room & they would see if they had one available. They only have 6 rooms designated for pets & said I was supposed to have called the hotel directly according to Expedia. I reviewed Expedia & could not find that anywhere but I then started calling all our other reservations & the hotel in Durango (also a Quality Inn) did not have us in a pet room either. I find this totally unacceptable. Why use Expedia when traveling with your pets if you have to contact the hotel directly? I have made 12 reservations on this trip & 2 had to be changed & 2 charged $75 for a pet fee. That is outrageous! This hotel's bathroom was extremely small. The room was okay but I would not recommend it.

Cons: Bigger bathroom area, was a little tight.
We enjoyed our one night stay on our way to another destination. The bed was comfortable, clean room and bathroom. Nice large room, and the desk clerk was very pleasant, helpful and had our information ready to go quickly. Thank you!

We have been on the road for 2 weeks and the Qulity Inn was by far the most comfortable and clean of all the hotels we stayed at. Service was excellant.

Great place to stayPosted May 21, 2015
Pros: Good amenities, nice staff and it's decor is up to date. Coffee readily available in the lobby all day and night. Good continental breakfast.
Cons: Maid service could be improved. Our maid came pretty early and we were still asleep, she did not make up the room. The front desk clerk had to do it.
Location: This motel is right off the interstate, easy to find and in a good place.
I had a great experience staying here. It's nice, clean, and up to date. I was comfortable and felt safe. We will be back for sure. Please note that this hotel does not have an elevator and not quite enough room for parking when full.
