Ext is run down and covered in dog feces. The interior walls are falling apart, the carpet is stained with dog feces and smells. The room door wouldnt latch correctly, dirty, smelly and most of the light fixures were broken. Heater/AC cord was wire nutted together. Could go on... but it's disgusting!

This place needs a lot of work to the whole facility. Bathroom grouting was terrible. No non slip pads for the tubs. Ceiling patches are ugly. Only thing good was the bed after workers quit at 9 pm.

It’s old and showing it’s age - just like me, so, kind of a good match. “Pet Friendly” is always good, though. Bed was comfortable with nice fat ploofy pillows. Everything worked: a/c, tv, fridge, in-room coffee. Large, almost empty truck parking area to let my dogs run for a bit. Right off the freeway, so there’s a ton of food options nearby. A good enough place to stop for a night.

I went to take a shower and it sprayed all over and not from where it was supposed to. There was hair in the tub they went to move me rooms and the shower didn’t work there was mold around the tub so I ended up going back to the first room.

I can understand that the property is old but the cleanliness is a separate matter. There was a stain on bedding and dity filmy residue in toilet, and the peephole on the door was gone, so anyvody can look into the room while you're staying! Also I had to open the window due to very strong ramen like stench that did not subside..

Nice room… comfy bed… a dog had been at the carpet… hope the owners paid up so it can be repaired… There was a damp patch outside the bathroom… discovered when our socks were wet… think it was from a leak in the ceiling which had a watermark but no more water coming through… told front desk as we left, who made a note for maintenance, not particularly interested but definitely made a note, so hopefully remedied for the next person in the room… someone must have caused a slight flood upstairs, not the motel’s fault, no one would know unless they took their shoes off. The hairdryer and coffee machines kept cutting out and a lightbulb was out in the bathroom… could be connected, so won’t mark down for this. Breakfast was a bit limited by 8:30, no coffee, but could make one in the room… (for 30 secs anyway)…. I guess the early bird catches the worm… a lot of workers there…. Reasonable price and comfortable, would stay again.

The area around the motel felt unsafe. The motel itself appeared unkept on the outside weeds right next to the building. The inside appeared dingy. When we arrived we waited 20 minutes at the desk before anyone came to the desk. We yelled and tried calling on phone. The room was very small no room to move around. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The chair was stained and dirty and the carpet was dingy.The continental breakfast was insufficient.

On the outside the building had peeling paint, weeds and did not look like a safe place to stay. Hallways had trash on the floor when I checked in and same trash plus more when I checked out. I could barely get in my room because the door was so bad. The bedside lamp did not work. The remote control for the tv only worked a little. The room smelled musty and like someone had been smoking in it.

The pictures on Expedia are not the actual pictures of the hotel. The outside of the building hasn't had any maintenance or paint in years. The breakfast consisted of mini muffins and a couple choices of cold cereal. The inside of the hotel does not smell clean at all. Our room was a non-smoking, but you could smell that it had been a smoking room at one point. We ended up having to open the window to get fresh air in. All in all, I was very disappointed and felt deceived by the pictures. We will not stay here again.

Defective door lock
I reserved two rooms and requested the rooms be next to each other, or as close as possible. This did not happen. We were put on the same floor, but opposite ends of the building. I've worked Front Desk at a hotel, so I know if someone had been paying attention to my request they could have done a better job. I made the request online and also called the property several days before arriving. There was also an issue with the key cards for one of the rooms. I went back three times to get the cards re-keyed because only one key would work. 3rd time I requested they use new cards, but still only one key would work. Having worked in a hotel before, it was my opinion that the reader on the door was defective. Upon checking out I let management know that maintenance needs to repair or replace the key lock on the door. Side note: all rooms supposed to be non-smoking. But the rooms still had the smell of an old smoky bar room, masked by heavy air freshener. The combination made the rooms smell disgusting. Also, the 'free' breakfast was a muffin & coffee. We ended up eating breakfast at Denny's.

Staff at check in were friendly and nice but this property is very run down. One of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom was just disgusting and dirty. I wouldn’t walk barefoot on the carpet, so dirty. Linens and bath towels stained. Door jam broken making one of the security locks not secure. Never again, can’t believe Wyndham would put their name on this property.

Despite the poor conditions, primarily the cleanliness of the showers, the staff were helpful. A new employee charged a family member that checked in before me when the rooms had already been paid for but it was corrected the following afternoon.
