"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It offers free parking and free breakfast, which was very convenient. The location was great, close to attractions and activities (animators). The room was quiet, there was no noise at night, and the bed was very comfortable. I experience a plus that it rain the night I stayed and I was able to hear the raindrops (amazing experience) I would definitely stay here again."

"This lodge felt like an all inclusive. The staff were very attentive. The king bed was comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast on order. Supper was for hotel guests only, seating around the pool. The grounds were well maintained, many beach chairs, the water shallow for a long way. We would go again."

"The ocean view is phenomenal, the infinity pool is beautiful, the walk to the beach is quick but you have to walk down a big hill and on the road so you have to be careful. Overall I would stay here again, Joselito the grounds keeper and cook is phenomenal, he has all the information that you need to know, very helpful and can get you anything you need. Great stay, good AC, beautiful property and clean. You can order food from the grocery store via WhatsApp and it gets delivered directly to the property and whatever is not in the colmado (super market) joselito knows where to get it. We had a sick baby and joselito took us to the doctor to get her treated, we were in and out. "

"I understand it's an eco-friendly hotel but finding 3 very large roaches in my bathroom our first night was shocking. The worst part was that since it was around 11pm there was no staff until the next day to get is another room. My wife did not want to sleep in that room so we had to go hunt for another hotel at midnight. Since this is a small town practically all hotels had no staff working at that time so we could not get a room anywhere and had to return to this hotel and make do. The next day we spoke at front desk and they said they were fully booked and had no other room to give us. They did perform a thorough cleaning of the room since we would have to stay there the second night. Unfortunately again we had roaches the second night as well. We complained to the manager but she said there wasn't much she could do due to the hotel's location and the time of year when roach presence increases. She first offered us a free dessert or a glass of wine.......as if that would get me back the hours of sleep we lost. After I mentioned I would have to put in a bad review she raised her offer to dinner......same difference. She really didn't seem to be concerned about us or the situation. However the staff was the opposite, they all went out of their way to help remedy the situation and make us feel better. In the end, aside from the hotel staff, we are quite upset over this experience. Disgusting roaches in our bathroom, lost hours of sleep, and an unapologetic hotel manager."
