This hotel is comfortable and clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very near the central train station. While our room was spacious and comfortable, the door to an adjoining suite allowed so much noise - we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our room. Additionally, we were given a mini-bar price list, but no actual fridge in the room. They also have a rule of not bringing any food back to your room! The safe also did not work. There was a split of AC/heat, a large closet and desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast started at 8am. It consisted of very tasty pastries, yoghurt, and cereal in a nicely decorated room by reception. I would recommend the hotel as a clean, comfortable place to stay but definitely minimalist. And perhaps other rooms are better sound-proofed than ours was...

From the moment we arrived, Carmen and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—true lifesavers when it came to coordinating our luggage transfer and arranging ferry tickets. Traveling around Capri can be a bit hectic, but thanks to them, everything felt smooth and easy. It was that kind of attentive, thoughtful service that takes a stay from great to unforgettable. Our room was stylish and serene, with its own quaint garden patio—the perfect spot for a quiet morning espresso or a wind-down after a day of exploring. And don’t even get us started on the pool—an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful oasis. If you're looking for a boutique hotel that captures the charm of Capri while making you feel completely taken care of, Villa Certosa is it. We highly recommend this Hotel great staff in particular Francesca she was the best very sweet and friendly but most importantly very helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who travels to Napolis. 5 stars all around the service the friendly staff members is incredible
