The hotel and staff are wonderful. The property is on the seafront with amazing views of the castle and old town. Highly recommended for a stay anytime of year.

Don’t miss this place!
The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Great location. Lovely open patio bar in front, friendly staff all around. The buffet breakfast and lunch were also well done. Food choices were excellent. We will return.

Dreamy beach and castle view !
Wow!!! This is a must stay. I booked it quite last minute and it was a dream - exactly what we needed. The hotel is located right at the heart / center of Pensicola. We ended up with an amazing terrace facing the pool and getting side sea view. We would lay out there, have breakfast in the morning. The room itself was perfect. A lovely Nespresso coffee machine. A TV with Netflix to sign in to. A great shower. Inside the hotel there is a jacuzzi and sauna for all to use - you just need to sign up for the hour. Strong recommend!

The Hotel is located right on the beautiful beach of Peñíscola. Beach towels were provided . The staff at the reception, restaurant and room service was most helpful and Friendly. We took the half board option and both the breakfast and the meals were very good. Should we go back to Peñíscola we’ll stay at this hotel.

Staff very friendly, excellent location, nice facilities & breakfast. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, however. More than a few black hairs on the floor, and my partner and I are both blonde, so def not ours. The rest of the room seemed nice and fresh. Comically bright blue light from the TV (off) shining towards bed- threw my scarf over it and it was fine. Sat night disco pounding next door- ear plugs helped. Other than the few minor things, overall great stay.

Upgraded to a room with partial ocean view. It had none. When I complained I was told it was on the balcony. When I said there was almost no view from the balcony, I was told I needed to lean over the railing! He tried to find something better but nothing available. Not worth it.

Loved the location, cute and clean hotel. The only issue was that we couldn’t open the balcony door because of mosquitos. I killed several in the room after we realized it. Shower is tiny and dark, but overall, very nice. Great breakfast. Great staff. We went off-season, so very few places were open, but the beach locale and the castle visit where wonderful!

Good location
A good location central to everything; just a few minutes walk to the sites. Friendly service and a room with a balcony. If you want a refrigerator you need to request it when booking. Also it's hard to find because it's in a multi-purpose building and there's only a small sign at the entrance.

Nice hotel close to main attractions
Wonderful experience here. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. They helped to call a taxi to the train station for us and even offered a complementary bottle of still water for us to take on the trip. Great location as it's only 5 minutes walk from the main attraction, with restaurants and cafes aplenty nearby.

You can enjoy the Porto Cristo experience!
Upon arrival at the hotel it looked exactly as shown on the website. The reception area is very clean and friendly and the staff on all shifts were respectful, clean, presentable, helpful and pleasant. The room was exactly as shown, very clean, modern and functional with the required views and amenities. We only selected overnight stays with "free" breakfast. The dining area was immaculately clean, bright and well laid out if a little cramped with excessive tables for the amount of guests over the three days we stayed there. The bar/lounge area and the quiet room with relaxing seats and computer for general use were also immaculate and very functional. The area surrounding the hotel and the beach directly outside the front door, the nearby castle were very clean and well cared for. We were out of season and Monday is a bad day for anything in Spain with 99% of shops, restaurants and coffee shops closed. Tuesday and Wednesday were much better with excellent restaurants, wine bar and gin lounge right on the doorstep. In summary, we were well impressed with our stay in the hotel and surrounding area and Have recommended to friends already. We will certainly be booking with RH Hotels whenever we can in the future.

The hotel was perfectly located & a great boutique hotel with charm for couples wanting to get away. We loved the castle and restaurants where the hotel is located. Alex was great when we arrived! We loved it so much we added a second night.

The hotel beside RH Portocristo is under construction so that our room facing that side was in direct line to jackhammer noise. Once pointed out the front desk immediately moved us to the other side away from the noise etc. Great buffet breakfast and both rooms were clean etc. WiFi good. Would stay there again.
