Great, clean and comf
The hotel is new, clean and very comfortable. There is a supermarket besides the hotel, so if you want to save a few bucks, you can get supplies there. The hotel is somewhat close to downtown but you will have to walk about 20 min up hill to get to the restaurants and local shops.

Great hotel as a base to plan your visits
We were visiting F&F and this was a very convenient hotel, standing in between the new and old part of town. Facilities have been renovated and everything was clean and straightforward.

Lovely hotel outside the old area of the town
This hotel is ideal for people arriving by car. Lots of parking, great rooms and an excellent restaurant. The staf are friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay

Excellent hotel at a good price
Have stayed here several times. Offer was 34 euros a night. Room at front was large with great view over the valley when the sun comes up. Good bathroom, comfortable bed. Great breakfast but poor coffee. Staff are friendly.

Nice base for Serra da Estrella
Clean and comfortable hotel with easy parking and quick access to Serra da Estrella mountains. The Internet was not functional while we were there, which made planning for our next day incredibly difficult.

Very good restaurant
Very easy to find; plenty of parking spaces; everything in good condition and very clean. WiFi signal good and reasonably fast. Restaurant above average for a hotel and very reasonable prices. Small shopping mall just up the road and A supermarket next door. Very friendly staff.

Hotel is modern and clean with great, helpful staff. Air conditioning, WiFi, modern bathroom but TV Volume not adjustable to levels easy to hear - could be just our room. Anyway, the hotel was quiet and clean - great for our 1 night stay.

Hotel Tryp D. Maria, Covilha - convenient location
Very good quality hotel. More business hotel than tourist hotel. But conventiently located in this part of Portugal for day trips. Clean comforatable rooms. Nice swimming pool.

Not impressed, bad service and unreasonable staff
Hotel room was very cold. Pool was luke warm at best. Staff were rude, unreasonable. The hotel trumped up charges to our room that were not explained to us (we requested a crib, which is free, they said they did not have one and offered an extra bed, which they tried to charge us for). Would not recommend this hotel- but highly recommend the Serra da Estrela mountains (we've been 5 times and this was our only bad experience)

Um agradável fim de semana
Da recepção ao restaurante, fomos tratados com eficiência, simpatia e cortesia. Há 30 anos que não pernoitava na Covilhã, seguramente irei voltar. Só tive pena de não ter ficado mais uma noite, mas isso não é seguramente responsabilidade do hotel.

Muy buen hotel 4*, limpio, trato del personal excelente, el check-in perfecto, nos han dado todas las informaciones que necesitábamos, servicio perfecto. La habitación buena y amplia, solamente los amenities de baño podrían ser un poco mejores. Desayuno muy bueno y variado, con medidas de seguridad y distanciamiento, solicitan utilizar guantes de plástico en el buffet, solamente podrían coordinar un poco mejor el número de personas sirviéndose en el buffet a la vez. Lo demás perfecto, áreas comunes del hotel agradables y muy limpias, lobby, bar, etc. No hemos disfrutado de la piscina ni de la cena en el restaurante pero nos pareció un 4* estrellas muy bueno en todos sus servicios.

O que não gostei foi o fato da piscina aquecida, assim como a academia serem abertas ao público. Reservei esse hotel principalmente pela bela piscina aquecida, mas quando chegamos todos preparados para desfrutar da piscina, simplesmente estava tendo aula de natação para crianças. O local estava repleto de crianças e suas mães. Também a jacuzzi estava tomada pelas crianças. Achei que esse fato deveria ser informados aos pretensos hóspedes.

Excelente hotel! Muito confortável.
Hotel muito confortável. Usamos ele como base para conhecer a Serra da Estrela. Tem sauna, banho turco, restaurante muito bom e o café da manhã também é dos melhores. Está próximo de shopping e posto de gasolina. Quarto confortável, com climatização, espaçoso e o banheiro também atende muito bem. TV é grande e há tomadas suficientes para celulares e notebooks.
