“Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. “First room was horrible with no tv connection. Shower was cold and CR had a discussing smell. Moved to upper floor with bad airflow and intermittent WiFi , small room with no windows , you get what you pay for ,breakfast was terrible. Frozen meat fried up with center cold , Will not be staying again”

“The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!”

“Close to places to shop and find good food. Staff is nice and very helpful. Clean rooms On our first stay we have to transfer to a different room 3X, first the air conditioning unit had a lot of water leak. The next was, the towel rack fell and the 3rd the room needed to be fumigated for pest control. Hot water control is not right. ,”

“We had an amazing stay.. The resort was rather secluded so from the terminal we rode motor bikes into the dirt for a short period before reaching the resort. That being said the resort was very calming and relaxing. The receptionist greeted us immediately when we arrived and offer us drinks, then showed us to our rooms. The food was amazing and advanced order so they have it ready as soon as you get to the lobby area/restaurant at the time you want to eat. There were areas to relax and paddle……

“I booked 4 nights,but I end up transferring on my third and fourth night. There is no water from morning up to afternoon for two days.We cannot take a bath and wash our dishes. The host and the staff did not even bother to tell us about it not until we asked. I did not even get a refund.”
