There are no refrigerators in the rooms. There are no microwaves in the rooms. There is a door leading to the outside that should require a card to get in. That was left open and March. Do not use, but left open. There was no ice to be had in the ice machine, but there was a large convention in town. There was no pool which I knew. But if I were going again, even though I had difficulty finding a room 780+ dollars for a Thursday night Friday night and Saturday night is extremely high for such a small amount of comfort housekeeping was friendly and very helpful. The desk help was very knowledgeable and the young lady who took care of the continental breakfast kept it clean and well stocked. But again it is an elder hotel. very helpful. The place was fine. We will use them again on future ventures to the Finger Lakes.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

It's unfortunate this hotel isn't really up to standards for the price they want. Cheap soaps, no products, dirty floor (in my room), rusty toilet paper holder. I dont think the stairs ha e been vacuumed in quite some time. There was a phone in the room that didn't work to call the front desk. It's a bit more run down than advertised, to say the least. And, the restaurant was closed for "rennovations" for quite some time. That should've been explained in advance. A big disappointment. The staff worker, Teresa, was exceptional however. She was very helpful.
