Hotel close to most places to visit Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not have any meals there so unable to comment on food. My room had a good view of the church in the distance.

Right location on the river Danube.

I would say the the whole experience of staff was just great. The only flaw was regards tv. Which was just not good. No movies and more news channels in English. Could not get linked to phones. Nonetheless a nice Breakfast room. Nice Dinning area out looking the Danube.

Good location

Posted Nov 27, 2017
Pros: Warm, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive in comparison to local cafes.
Location: Buda Castle & Fisherman's Bastion are worth a visit, the stunning Matthias Church too. Went to one of the spas which was an interesting experience!
Stayed at the hotel with some friends on a short weekend break - ideally located on the river bank and minutes from the Castle district. The Chain Bridge was only a short walk too so easy access across the Danube. A friendly hotel with lots of good restaurants nearby and the excellent Belgian Brasserie Henri just down the road.

I love Pest

Posted Nov 11, 2017 on Hotels
I had a lovely room overlooking the Danube and the view of the Parliament, the Chain Bridge and nearly the whole of Pest was so fabulous that I didn't want to go out !! Room was comfortable with a good shower. Staff were very kind and professional. Breakfasts were nice but I wasn't so fond of the dinners. Very handy to have the tram stop just outside the hotel.

Lovely location

Posted Oct 28, 2017
Pros: Location comfort of rooms
Cons: Extra tea/coffee plus Buiscuits in room More English channels on tv
Location: Close to chain bridge and short walk although lots steps up to fisherman Bastille and Palice good view across river to Parliament building
Lovely clean hotel close to chain bridge within walking distance of both sides of river cost of food especially breakfast was quite expensive but good Bed was super comfy and room nice and warm Not many teas and coffee left in room each day had to request more would have been nice to have a Buiscuit left to have with drink Not many English channels on tv just news channels but you could put ap on phone to link up so you can play any media downloaded from there if we knew this before stay would have made sure we had some movies to watch Staff very helpful and towels and bedding changed regularly also topped up the shower gel etc as used

Quite side of Budapest

Posted Oct 26, 2017
Good place to stay away from the noise of the city, but close enough to be in easy reach of all the main attractions.great views of the parliament building, chain bridge and castle. Metro station (red line no2) 5mins away trams stop 70metres away. If you choose to go on a dinner cruise be awhere that it only goes from the Elizabeth bridge to the Margit bridge 3times in the 3hour cruise a bit of a disappointment costs a lot of money around £150 for 2 adults. Having said that we had a good time in Budapest. 4 days is long enough to see most things.

Unusual decoration - really nice to see the art throughout the hotel - even in the bathroom! Walking distance to everywhere and lovely views of Parliament and the Danube.
