Dissatisfied

Room keys did not work, had to return to empty front desk and wait for help. Shower head stuck in one position, very hard spray. Room worn and dated.

One complain is noise in upper level. Maybe gym? Someone doing jump and jacks?

Great service and great hotel

Pros: The amenities, staff, price, breakfast, room, everything.
Cons: I don't have anything in mind they can improve, just keeping it as good as it is.
Location: If you have a car you are able to do a lot of stuff because it's a little and beautiful town. There are restaurants and the Outlets Mall.
La Quinta is the perfect hotel for me. Staff is very nice, rooms are clean, breakfast is included and you can always feel harmony around the space. Price is fair.

One problem

Toilet did not flush,. Was only there overnight, so didn't mke a big deal out of it. Breakfast was fine, Was a little noisy.

Room service was below par. empty Kleenex box not replaced first night. Rear door had some quirks and did not work reliably.

Excellent & quiet location in Castle Rock

Hotel is close to lovely historic downtown Castle Rock. Also the daytime desk staff are particularly accommodating with questions , needs etc. Joshua helped me get a room a bit earlier than usual due to my flight. The cleaning staff are sweet and quiet too.

Split comfort

Would have got a good night's sleep due to beds and pillows spot on, but the temp was on 74 and wouldn't go lower.

Too many barking dogs--could not sleep first night

Pros: Was convenient to family
Cons: Clean carpets and general appearance.
Location: Had family nearby and was convenient
Was tired an got to room around 4 p.m. and wanted to take a nap but dog next-door kept barking and again in a.m. the dog was ready to get up. Don't think I will stay in a LaQuinta again.
