"This was in a nice location, allowing us to walk. The whole building was clean and felt welcoming. Minus one of our beds which had 4-5 weird stains on it, and not small stains either. Over all I would stay here again."

I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."
