Staff was very friendly, room was nice. Very quiet and convenient being right next to the border and close to town. Limited options for the tv and breakfast food wasn’t fresh.

Clean and close to town. Comfortable bed, pillows. coffee good in am. After hour checkin by phone was odd re giving visa by phone at night outside of hotel awaiting a drive up employee to hand out keys.

The room and hotel was nice and clean. However, if you plan to use the hot tub, bring an old swimsuit. The chlorine levels were so high it burned our eyes and bleached our swimsuits. We now need new suits! Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Very good value for the price. Just a little outside Rossland but a short walk into town. Very close to the ski hill without the resort price.

Very reasonable, standard motel rooms on highway less than a mile from Rossland and easy drive to Red Mountain. Has a very nice rooftop hot tub and offers continental breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable with all the important amenities. The tub/shower was ok except for the water turning cold in the middle of a shower - good thing I go for a cold plunge every day. Breakfast in the dining room was simple and nutritious.

Renovated motel, lots of space in the room, neat and tidy and everything we needed. The outdoor hot tub is in a little gated area and didn't have a bathroom attached, so the ambience wasn't awesome, but the hot water still was! Good view of the land from up at the motel (we stayed on the backside) Evening front desk attendant was friendly and funny and helpful.

If you have mobility issues I highly discourage your stay here in the winter. They do not plow their parking lot of snow and allow it to get very unsafe. Their policy is to let the snow melt, which it did not while I was there. I did not feel like they were considering their customers safety and this is an ableist mind set. Hot tub was dirty and the room was only kind of clean, many areas not being wiped for a while.

Standard and well kept property. Everything was clean and in its place. Note that check-in after a certain time (9pm?) will require a phone call and a bit of a wait. View around the property is nice. Overall, no complaints.

Staff is hit and miss here. The guy is much friendlier than the young gal! She cared zero on my golf story! What a waste of time just starting to talk to her on that it was! The hot tub has one of six jets that are powerful enough and NOT one plastic chair so you have to put your towel and shirt etc on the ground! I did not like this! Breakfast options are cereal and toast and muffin pretty much ONLY. Ran out of juice early into the 7 am to 9 am short time to even get breakfast. Can factor in say bananas and hard boiled eggs etc, yes? Was down to very last yogurt too! I can deal with very super limited breakfast options but cannot deal with the laziness of not keeping the outside clean and up to standards and up to PAR at least! Cig butts everywhere! There was an invention called the broom so long ago for use in such cases of other guest's utter ignorance! Cannot say to be rushing back! Internet was even super slow and lagging! That is the very least to offer guests these days I think.

Pros: Nice hotel, was able to get an upgrade to a king bed, clean, small jacuzzi hot tub outdoors available, friendly staff, pet friendly. Couldn’t hear the road traffic either. Cons: Booking for 2 adults and one baby I was only given the option for a room with two double beds (we had a playpen for baby), to book the king it had to only be 1 person staying the night for it to show available to book, the bathroom was extremely small with the sink outside in the main room. Very shallow tub as well (although great for small kids).

This Property is an older style 2 story motel that has been renovated It is well looked after and the staff was pleasant .The room was small but clean and the Bed was comfortable .Complimentary brkfst.was adequate . The cost was reasonable for the one night and I would return again .

The property was close to my fathers. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Rossland museum was right across the street. Gas station right next door, which was convenient. Room had an odor which smelt a little of wet dog.

Traveling with my 4 kids and dog this was a good place to stop. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch and everyone was comfortable. I would stay here again when looking for an economical hotel.

Only main downside was size of rooms. Traveled with a pet and generally youd have a little more space. It functioned, but was very cramped. No amenities nearby, need to go to Trail for whatever you needed.
