Upon checking in, they had our reservation, yet not what we had booked with expedia. We booked a king room, and they gave us 2 queen beds. When I informed them of this at the desk they couldn't do anything. The girl working that checked us in didn't know what to tell us. She told us to talk to the woman working in the morning. When we went to talk to her after the night and still having our 2 queen beds we spoke to a rude woman at the front desk who couldn't do anything for us and had us pay and left. I showed them the itinerary that I had and they still did not want to accomodate us. Never will I stay there.
I never received what I had booked and they didn't want to help at all. If you want incompetent and rude staff stay there.
