“We stayed four nights, and enjoyed it very much. We have a history with lake houses, so the disadvantages (no dishwasher, no laundry, bottled drinking water) were for us expected and necessary to be in such a place. The kayaking was great and the ambiance restful. Little touches like the automatic light in the pot and pan cabinet showed their care for their home. The design put the master on the lake side so we heard nothing of road noise. We may well return.”

“The house has a very nice dock on a more quiet part of Lake Champlain. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and the nature around is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accomodating throughout our stay.”

“Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities……

Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have……
