“Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sechsspurigen Schnellstraße. Auf der einen Seite verläuft unmittelbar diese Straße, auf der anderen Seite liegt der Vansee. Wir reisten gemeinsam mit Freunden an. Aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen erhielten unsere Freunde ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, während uns ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen wurde. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit und konnte uns keine Erklärung für die Zimmerverteilung geben. Da wir drei Nächte im Hotel verbrachten,……

They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. ”
