An exceptional hotel in every way. Modern chic rooms in an historic building. Walkable to restaurants and historic sights. Staff went out of their way to accommodate any need or question. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for many years.

I stayed 5 nights and the staff were the best, very attentive and always courteous. However, the bathroom needed work - the toilet seat was loose and kept moving side-to-side and the shower water has accumulated a cruddy mold-like growth along the walls at the baseboard on the bathroom floor.

Convenient
Very nice hotel, modern and clean. Convenient to Catania center and walkable to all attractions of the city. Walkable and lots of food options nearby. Friendly service and good and tasty breakfast. Will definitely return.

It is located in the center of the old town mins from the main shopping street and attractions. The hotel is very modern and the room is small but it was very clean and comfortable. It is on a quiet street with lots restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Really nice hotel. Pros: Great location, good breakfast,super friendly front desk staff, Cons: Room need little upgrades, sofa and ottoman were dirty, bathroom floors could be cleaner, very unfriendly bartender/breakfast help guy name Marco.

This hotel was immaculate and updated. The bathroom was very big and the rooms had a lot of amenities. It would take a street wise person to feel comfortable in the area but for those just looking for a place to rest her head this is amazing.

Antonio was an amazing host and bar tender that served us at the happy hour and made our entire trip amazing. Loved talking to him as he was very helpful and approachable and entertaining and hosted us extremely well.

went beyond our expectations and helped us to understand the parking ticket we received and how to fill in the information! He and his crew were very quick to serve us cappuccino and keep our plates cleared at breakfast. It was a very good breakfast buffet.

It was good value for money. Cleaning is good and the hotel has tried to keep a sharp style. This is not, though, a 4 star property but like a 3stat . Staff is really friendly and helpful. If you are driving, parking may be an issue as it requires some walking and learning how to use the garage. Location is good otherwise as it is walking distance Catania's historic centre.

The only good thing about this property was it’s staff. They were so sweet and helpful with everything. However this hotel should never have been ranked. 4star. It is a max 2 star at the best. The. Building is odd and run down. It’s next to a burned down area which looks like the other half of the building. At night the streets were busy and noisy. People were yelling until 3-4 am. I did not sleep at all. It was not a pleasant stay at all. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very helpful, especially Martina at the front desk and the incredibly congenial bartender. The room, however, was the noisiest we’ve ever stayed in - just off the lobby - and it’s unfair to charge guests about 200€ to stay in it. Plus the lights didn’t work properly, there were no reading lamps at the bedside, no English TV stations such as BBC or CNN - all very basic and tired. When we left early for the airport there were what appeared to be prostitutes within a block of the hotel.

Amazing hotel in a renovated mansion. Beautiful clean rooms. Great breakfast with local pastries, friendly and helpful staff. What else can I wear? A traveler desire. I would stay here again without reservation.

Our 5 night stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The helpfulness of the staff made a obvious difference from other hotels we have stayed in recently. Especially Martina and Jiacomo at the front desk and Antonio at the bar/restaurant. Their professionalism and genuine kindness are true credits to this establishment! This is a great Hotel. Good place for walking and catching a bus or train to visit out side Catania. The staff are excellent and very help full. The Hotel is 20 mins away from the Airport and the staff can arrange a taxi for 30Euros. So many local place to eat. I have said there 4 time now and will stay again.
